I usually give nice reviews. But sorry, you must know the truth of this place. 1) location is too far and difficult to reach. The name in Google maps doesn't match in OTA (Agoda) so we spent 1 hour to look for it. 2) When we arrive no receptionist to greet us, no signs, nothing. Another reviewer complained about this also.3) Area around the villa is not sanitary. 4) we had to contact the owner who lives behind the property, but they said they didn't have the keys to the room. The unprepared room is not sanitary.5) Agoda and OTAs should do their due diligence to audit that villa.

I was disappointed with this place. I was at the location but there was no one to receive us there and the gate was very dark. The dining table had a lot of bird droppings. I was at the location at 18:49 but there was no one there. My rating is very bad. With this place, no there is a contact that you can contact if you are not ready to open an accommodation business, it's better not to do it yet because it's a pity for people who have booked and paid but can't stay overnight and this is like playing with people who want to stay overnight.

after our 5-hour journey to this place, the owner, after we called him, wrote that he could not accommodate us. this happened twice. I don't recommend it
