The question and answer was too harsh...it's not appropriate for a tourist spot to answer like that...please select the employees...rather than ruining the business because of 1 person

Beautiful view, hot springs. The rooms are terrible, there isn't even a washbasin, but the bed is okay. Will go to spend the night for one day

What a great welcoming from the staff ! They are always happy to help you. As the hotel is pretty « far » (walking) from restaurants : The first night, one of them took us to his wife’s restaurant, very good food.The second night, one of them took us to another restaurant with his personal car.They were very available for everything (ex : fill up the hot bath which was empty when we arrived but was very quick to fill up!)The hot bath are a really good point !The view on the lake and on the mount Batur is very nice !Room is functional but the bathroom could be better (no sink, only a shower). Only three rooms in this hotel means that you are almost alone :)Thank you so much !(Pics from a drone)

Kadek and his family were lovely and super helpful. They went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and enjoying our stay. He brought us fresh, complimentary fruit every day and offered us transportation, guides and tips.The natural hot spring pools are a great add-on and the views of the lake and mountain are priceless.The only criticism would be the bathroom as there is no actual sink. You need to use the shower to wash up and it's also right next to the toilet.Suksma Kadek for making us feel so welcomed!

Everything is good except that the water pressure is weak and the water doesn't come out! The owner and his son are all very kind, and the fruit is almost unlimited~~~~ There is a jacuzzi, a hot spring bath, and breakfast. It is a Nasi Goreng restaurant. ^^

Thank you very much for Japan, everyone here is very kind and friendly, including the owner. The rooms are spacious, clean and smell good. Thanks also for being treated to a variety of fresh fruit. Anyway, Japan is really the best and it's worth it.

Come to Jepun Bali Villa, you will be welcomed like kings!The hot water pools, the view of the lake is very, very nice!Everything makes us forget the only fault of the place: the bathroom is not super clean and without a sink. Given the price, we close our eyes and have an excellent stay.

One of the most beautiful stays we've had in Bali. Amazing view, private hot springs in the garden, fine rooms and great staff. Definitely recommend!

The place is easy to find, located in a main street. The host is very friendly and helpful. They have semi private hot spring water pool. Really recommended!
