Asti and suba are wonderful wonderful hosts ! The bed and pillows are SO comfy, the room is clean and they have a little restaurant that has really tasty food ! They helped organize a guide for us to climb Mt batur and were also able to set us up with tickets to the hot springs for less money than it says online. Recommend staying here !

The view at the homestay was nice, but the road leading there was super bumpy. We arrived late as we have something to do in seminyak and the owners didn’t offer to help with our luggage nor asking how was our trip to there. The room was dirty, the linens had stains, the door wouldn’t lock, and the washbasin was clogged. Plus, there was no AC.The owner got really aggressive and even threatened us because we booked an activity outside of the homestay. She even said she'd report us to the local community, though I don’t see why activities must be booked only through the homestay. At one point, she blocked our car with her pickup and making us late for our hike.My bule friend tried talking to the staff, and luckily, they moved the vehicle. It felt like they were more afraid of upsetting foreigners and tried to be nice to them, but treated locals poorly, even though we all paid the same price. It seems like they prefer foreign guests because they can take advantage by pushing their overpriced activities🫣 so we decided to checkout early because didnt feel safe and she blame us(local) that take her keyroom😅So pls guys before booking pls check the bad reviews, especially how they respond to complaints. Honestly, I don’t know how they have such a high score on Booking.com. Lol

Bad staying experience, I have stayed at the Kintamani Inn several times, but this one had bad service, I booked on Agoda and went straight to the location, when I got to the location the employees were confused, asked if I had made a reservation and I waited for a long time sitting outside in the heat, I ordered a room with king zise, but instead I was directed to twin size, it didn't match the order! OK, that's okay, I tried going to the room and ordering food, because in the room there was a list of food, but when I ordered the restaurant didn't have food🤣, and I asked about breakfast, the mother who looked after said breakfast could be taken at any time, then I wanted to take it in the afternoon instead I was told to take it tomorrow morning!, and my husband had said we would check out at 9 am but before 9 am breakfast was not ready because there were no staff, very sorry sad, in the end we left without breakfast!, the location of the accommodation is also a bit not good!, bad service! If the service to foreigners is very good, new guests have been connected, but if it goes locally it is very bad!!!

This business is owned by a beautiful family from Bali, they all take care of it. And they have it very clean and beautiful.The views of the volcano are in front of the rooms.In addition to its restaurant there are two more right next door.They help you organize the climb to Mount Batur at a good price.I recommend it, they all do a good job.

Great staff who are willing to help in any matter, thanks to them we had a great trekking to the Volcano, they helped organize a scooter for us, very communicative, young people with whom you can easily communicate in English, the place is located in a quiet area, a bit out of the way - for It was a great advantage for us, beautiful panorama, hornbeam is not available, but local drivers are available, very nice owner, we recommend this place!

The view is good, there are mountain and garden views. The service from the hosts is also good, there is a restaurant that is open from morning until 9 pm, so you don't need to worry about having difficulty finding dinner.What is very unfortunate is that the room is not soundproof from outside the room. I inserted a video where music was played quite loudly at night. It's like the neighbor playing the music. Access to Batur Cottages is quite steep and difficult, the road goes up and down with rocks.It is highly recommended to check in during the day and avoid visiting this inn at night.So far so good.

The moment we entered the facility, all staffs and owner (young couple) are very friendly and helpful. The location is above the hill so we can see clear view of Lake Batur.We asked them to arrange Jeep Tour to see sunrise on Mount Batur on the spot and they managed to find us 2 cars for us.Breakfast included with the rate. It was home cooked meal from fresh ingredients. The 2 rooms that we reserved were squeaky clean. Hot and cold water are available.We will come here again with longer days not just weekend.

The hosts are wonderful. Kind and attentive, they helped us with everything we needed. The room was beautiful, bathroom was excellent, and it was all sparkling clean. The most comfortable stay we have had. A wonderful experience.
