Not recommend, rats in the walls and ceiling’s. Everything very dirty - dirty sheets and hair in the bed. Very unpleasant small of Parfum coming from everything as it stinks otherwise… it made me sick. I left after 1 Night as this is not acceptable and the hygienic standard there is 0.

The rooms are good and the location is the best. But there was a peculiar smell of Totten cabbage which was very bad on top of it were the flies so we had to keep the door close always. Closest to the Mt Batur trek. Please don't hire any guides if you're fit to do any moderate treks. All the people around the village will force you to take a guide and tell you it's compulsory but it's nowhere mentioned. It's kind of a mafia of people running the business so everyone is forcefully given a guide although it's not necessary.

Perfect location for Mount Batur trek.The room is very spacious and is ideal for the night before the ascent.The welcome there is just incredible. Didn't know that there was no grab or taxi in the area, we didn't have a driver planned. We therefore found ourselves stuck without a solution to leave the next day.The hotel manager offered to take us to our next destination (Lovina - 2:30 drive), while taking care to stop at each place to take photos and to buy us small things to eat to help us discover local specialtiesAn unforgettable experience!!! A big thank you to him once again!!!

Very cosy stay for the Mount batur hike. The cute little cabins are located very conveniently. It is 2.53 km from the top of Mount Batur, about an hour and a half of trekking. The owner of the cabins got us a great tour guide that guided us up the mountain. Unfortunately there was no warm water. The owner said it had to do with a power outage but even when the power worked the warm water didn’t, just like the night before. If there is warm water I’d give it 5/5 stars

We stayed by chance at this homestay, since we were lucky that they had a different room than the bungalows available. They had recommended this place to us as a starting point to do the Batur and from there they organized it for us, and since we liked it so much, they prepared this room for us to stay in. The service, kindness and hospitality of everyone has been unbeatable, as they have tried to fulfill everything we had planned. They have adapted to our demands and always with a smile and concern for our interests. Thanks for everything!! We got more than just a good experience!

Most 3rd class room and service there is one person receptionist who doesn't know any english. They are scams, they tried to demand your breakfast extra and demand extra chrge for the breakfast after booking the hotel and included breakfast already. The person who is talking too bad and said shut up to us, too rude behaviour
