From some of the comments, maybe it was the staff or sales, once when I wanted to check in, maybe I was worried that it would end up not happening because the service wasn't neat, it wasn't on par with other REDDOORZ'

If you want to stay here, it's better to think long and hard...". there are a lot of rules and it's detrimental. you can't freely bring friends. there are lots of fines. there are limited visiting hours. it's narrow. Rarely will there be stains on the sheets, pillowcases, blankets and towels. it will happen. subject to a fine of 100k per spot. Visiting after the stipulated fine is 300k

Hotel service and rules are not good. restrictions on visiting hours. There are lots of fines. There are unreasonable stain fines. Staying in a hotel is like being watched and restricted. Don't order via the application because you won't be able to get a refund.

This is the first time I've come across a hotel that limits visiting hours for its guests. and this is the first time I have found a hotel that applies a fine if someone visits after the time they have set, fine: 300k. then never bring more than one friend to the room. because you will be subject to a fine: 300k. And be careful if you stain the sheets, pillowcases, blankets and towels. then you will be fined: 100k/stain. ISN'T IT CRAZY...!!!

Don't like the employees' high school... at 9 in the morning the door of the room was banged on, only to be told that if you want more days you have to confirm before 11 o'clock😡 not polite... where is the loud banging... where is the bitchy face, no one is friendly... the atmosphere when you stay in doesn't use the high school at all ..the intention was to add more but it didn't happen..

Ordered 5 rooms via reddoorz, all of them smelled of cigarettes. Muddy hallway. There is no parking... So parking nearby pays 20 thousand. There are doors that are difficult to close, there are moldy ceilings... God. Complaints there is no solution, there is no cleaning service. No choice if you arrive here late at night, tired...

I came around 10 pm, I had ordered at re****r. When I was in the lobby, the waiter said he wanted to move the car outside the hotel parking lot because someone was going to park there later, we explained that my husband was just taking me and the kids and then I was leaving, but the people didn't want to, we said just for a moment. Just put things in the room and our two children are already asleep, if you park outside you have to walk first, which is not bad, but he still doesn't give me the room key until the car is moved out. The goods were put in the lobby, the children were put in chairs while they were still sleeping, outside my husband parked and was asked for 20 thousand, even though he hadn't left for a while but still asked for 20 thousand for parking, it seemed like he was being lazy. When I parked, I was given the key, when I entered the room, the room smelled of urine and cigarettes, don't ask me about the toilet, it smelled really bad. The floor was sticky, the bed sheets were dirty so we covered them with blankets and towels like mops. It's really really bad, we can't park here when we stay, it's really funny, parking is only really short when we take us home, my husband goes to work until 6 in the morning even though.

The rooms are quite clean, maybe the maintenance sheet could be improved further, always book with WA admin 082283081080 you can pay on the spot and the price is cheap, trustworthy, the location is quite strategic and easy to find food
