The operators are super friendly and look after you very well. The trip to Mount Batur was organized for us and we were able to walk straight from the hotel. We were driven to the hot springs and picked up again and fresh food was prepared for us in the evening.The rooms are cozy and the bathroom is large and modern. Unfortunately, Kintamani's many flies don't stop here either.

The service here is really great.She organized the trip to Mount Batur for us and drove us to the hot springs for free.The rooms are ok for the price-performance ratio.Unfortunately there were a lot of flies, but they can't really do anything about it because it's in the growing area.If you want to walk up to Mount Batur you start directly at the hotel.

Nice cabins in a beautiful garden, a great starting point for hiking Mt Batur. The kind host can arrange everything for you. Tasty banana pancake and fresh juice for breakfast :)

We got a very warm welcome by the hostess, who arranged everything for us when we got there. There was a parking space and there was a lot of personal to help us carry our bags. The Mount Batur trekking was nice and we had the a very nice guide named "Ningha" who helped us through the climb. After er got back, there was a breakfast waiting for us and the banana pancake and the pineapple juice was delicious! Although there are many flies there, if you relax and let them be, you will have a great time here! The only thing that could be better, is the amount of restaurants in the area.

The property location does not provide car parking. There is no standby staff, it is difficult to find LOBBY writing. We need to be self-service here. The reservation system is very negative from the owner. We came, the number of pax exceeded the policy, the excess pax was offered to stay at another property, which is very ridiculous. Because you just need to offer us extra bed or extra charges. If anyone wants to reserve a room on this property, just make sure all details are with the owner, because they will not give us any detailed information.

The owner does not have enough knowledge in the world of hospitality, but is forced to run a hospitality business without learning how to use a good reservation system. When receiving a direct booking from the owner, the number of pax is not asked. When I arrived at the property, it was raining heavily, there was no car parking, no lobby, no staff. We entered the property, called the owner, then the staff came to us, immediately asked why the pax amount exceeded the policy. We weren't even told what the policy was, we weren't even asked about the number of pax. Given a choice, the excess number of pax can stay in another villa 🤣🤪. No extra bed offered, no extra charges offered. Edaaaaannnnnnnnn... And we ended up going alone without staff assistance.Luckily, we were able to get a last minute booking in the Ubud area which has no doubt about its level of hospitality. If booking directly, as a guest please make sure all the details, because the owner is just starting to learn the reservation system'.

Standard bed and breakfast in Songan, near the lake. No AC so a bit hot on the afternoon, Kintamani not as cold as before. Need improvement on cleanliness and facilities, but maybe it's because they are still work on progress.
