The accommodation has a natural concept, unfortunately there is a lack of maintenance, there are too many plants and trees that need to be taken care of while only one woman is looking after them.The thatched roof room should be covered with carpet or something so that debris from the roof doesn't fall onto the mattress when the wind blows hard.It's very quiet, there's no TV, only the sound of crickets... And you have to fight for breakfast with flies huh 🤭

It's still possible to check in at midnight, but it's a bit scary because there's no one guarding the FO, so you wait for the phone to come, and you're told that when you check in you can have breakfast, but when you're going to have breakfast it actually closes the writing in the restaurant, The room is okay, only the dust is not bad but yes for the price there is quality, there were lots of insects in the folds of the linen so when I checked in at night my homework was to make a kibaskibasin for the insects and luckily I brought a thread from home so I could anticipate being bitten while sleeping, but so far the view is good and the air is cool next hopefully the staff can take care again when cleaning up the room 🙏🏻💚

staff was nice enough. would not stay again as sheets were stained & moldy even after asking them for a clean change. in the end, we still slept with moldy ripped blankets🤧

RoomRooms are made of wood, quite dusty.the atmosphere of the room is full of plants, this is good.ServiceService is good, but you need to pay attention to ordering online.I made a reservation, but when I checked in it was stated that it was full, but the accommodation immediately looked for a replacement room, the service was good.LocationOn the side of the main road, good access, there is parking for cars and motorbikes

The whole hotel was empty yet the booking site said only one room left. Only staff seen were two young girls. No fres water provided so bring your own. Restaurant was shut and looked like it had been for a while. Two pools, 1 large but empty, one small pool but the water looked dirty. No spa, no massages and no tour desk. Hotel is okay for 1 night only if you get it cheap and you cannot find anything better.

responded said they have free rooms so we drove there and they ghosted. didnt pick up the calls or responded any message. the place is full of spiderwebs in the paths etc so it doesnt look like people actually stay there. really weird

On paper, everything is OK. But an accumulation of unpleasant surprises made our stay disappointing. First of all, the attitude of the staff is the main problem. We seem to disturb them and they are not welcoming and barely smile. We chose this place in particular because it had a swimming pool, which was ultimately not full. Behind the bed, a pile of dust suggesting that the cleaning had not been done properly. I wonder if this letting go is due to the fact that we came in low season and that there was hardly anyone there but hey all the same!!!

I ordered a massage from Geopark Village & Spa and it was really good, the lady was friendly, the massage was really good... really recommend it if you go to Kintamani again❤️

Visited this Spa as a part of a tour with Get Your Guide. The location was lovely and the massage proved very relaxing after a long hike. I would recommend their full-body massage 10/10.

Location and flora - without question, everything is excellent. Don't expect to take an adequate shower, there is almost no pressure, the mixer alternates between boiling water and cold water every couple of seconds. We rented 2 bungalows for 250k per day. The bungalow smells damp and musty due to the roof materials (straw) with no way to ventilate this smell. Inside, only the bed sheets and towels are changed, everything else is in relatively poor condition. The mosquito net hanging above the bed cannot be washed at all, it’s scary to even handle it, let alone use it for its intended purpose. Breakfast is included in the price without the option to refuse it; the quality of breakfast is minimal, but acceptable overall. I would also like to note the presence of an incredible number of flies everywhere except the rooms themselves. You can only eat inside. This is not the fault of this establishment, but it is worth keeping in mind. And also cicadas, screaming for several hours with the sounds of cutting metal and a police siren, so don’t expect much sleep during the day... And in the end they tried to charge us an extra fee for an overdue checkout, while upon check-in none of the staff said a word about how long it was lasts for them. Result: the goal was achieved, we met the dawn on the edge of the crater, and were even able to sleep for a couple of hours later until the cicadas turned on. For this money and attitude we will not go to this place again. Of course, this is a very subjective experience, but we hope that it will help those who will choose places to stay in this area.

Beautiful rooms and gardens. Friendly staff.Manager helped us to get a driver for a full day at a reasonable price.It gets noisy from very early in the morning, way too much truck traffic on nearby road! Also you need a scooter because it's not walkable from town.

My friend and I got massages after a sunrise hike up Mt Batur and it was very relaxing and just what we needed! It was definitely worth the price and I recommend to anyone else staying in the area!
