Actually the room is nice, but unfortunately there is a dog, I was traumatized by being bitten by a dog so I didn't dare to rent there.The owner and guards are friendly, the boarding house is clean and there is a good car park

Guest house...cheap accommodation instead of a hotel. The location is safe, comfortable, quiet on Jalan Prona 3...that's behind United Oil Sepinggan. The room has air conditioning and a large bed...all in all, it's comfortable. Just don't be surprised if you check there. Two big dogs welcome you with big voices like simbada speakers. But don't worry bro, they are in chains. So there won't be any physical contact hahaha. It's just right for you newcomers who work in the surrounding areas and surrounding areas.

Paays guest house is located on Jalan Prona 3 no 73 Sepinggan Balikpapan, the place is very beautiful and comfortable, of course it's safe and quiet at a height so the fresh air can be felt both indoors and outdoors...it's a bit far from shopping places but you can use the service application. online like Gofoot from Gojek...it's definitely easier to meet visitors' needs..hopefully it's useful
