On the day I came, the staff had just finished cleaning, so this is a hotel that has been here for a long time. In the past, it must have been a hotel with a lot of people staying. The bedrooms are OK, but let's be honest. Yes, there is still dust on the bedsheets and blankets in the bathroom, which is not very good. I understand. Maybe they just opened again during the Loy Krathong festival. Please help me fix it. The atmosphere when I went in was a bit spooky, but there was nothing. I forgot. Told there was no breakfast and it was a bit expensive for the condition of the room.

At this price rate, if you have a car to drive, it's better to go and stay at "Sukhothai Grand Resort & Spa". It's quite a distance, but it's really better. The room is really big, the air conditioner is cool, and the bathroom is very spacious. The price is just a little different. It's more comfortable to rest. Compared to the narrow room, the room with a bed was full. The bathroom with arms outstretched is also difficult to use, very narrow.Pinbao may answer the needs of foreigners or tourists who do not have a car to drive. Because it's only good that it's close to tourist attractions. Can travel back and forth easily. It's up to what people like. As for me, I give one star. Can't accept the narrowness and oldness of the guesthouse.

Pinpao is an old, well-kept guesthouse with good, clean, simple rooms with bath and large bed with mosquito-nets, wardrobe, table. Very lovely decorated by Pinthong and Paolo (they also run the more upscale Orchid and Hibiscus guesthouse on the other side). Only few rooms have windows.After hours of bicycle tours around historical places, we really enjoyed the relaxing hours and the swimming in the deep pool full of fresh water, surround by shadowing trees.We might come again!(visited December 2019)
