Previously I made a room order via Reddorz. The 2 times I stayed here were very disappointing. When the lights go out there is no back up generator so if the lights go out the room is hot, dark, you can't charge your cellphone because your cellphone happens to be low battery. The water in the bathroom suddenly became dirty black. The staff was not friendly, so I had to complain several times to the staff because the staff was less responsive. Room cleanliness is pretty good. All Reddorz facilities are available. My suggestion is that the staff should be friendlier, more responsive and more agile. Pretty disappointing.
