The location of the villa is still strategic, easy to find.The villa is also spacious and clean.Yesterday I entered the villa at 2am, in hot weather, so it was a bit stuffy... But after opening it, the musty smell disappeared.Downstairs review:1. Comfortable living and family room, TV with all channels, YouTube, etc. Can do karaoke. The sofa is also still comfortable. For the carpet, it looks like it needs a vacuum, because my baby immediately got bumps on his skin after playing there.Then there are 2 refrigerators, but 1 cannot be used because it is broken.2. The rooms are also comfortable, one has pool access, full glass, dimmed lights, private toilet. Room 1 is next to the living room, the lights are bright and there is a night light. All rooms have no fans or AC. Advice to check in at night so you don't get hot. * Yesterday I opened the window and closed the curtains because it was really hot at night (the room near the living room). The bed also needs to be vacuumed, every time my child wakes up he immediately gets bumps on his skin.3. At the back there is a kitchen, pool and several chairs which are suitable for hanging out in the afternoon or morning. Favorite spot because of the mountain view, and the strong wind makes it refreshing.The kitchen part for the faucet needs repair and a new faucet replaced. Don't just tie it, it can still slide under the water faucet. The cooking equipment is very complete.For the pool, if you add a lot of chlorine, the smell is still there even after you shower.*behind the pool in the empty land, there is a lot of rubbish, I don't know who threw it away. But it clearly spoils the view and flies come in and out of the villa.4. Upstairs there are 3 rooms, 1 main room (there are 2 beds with AC, a TV that can't be used, a toilet whose door can't be closed tightly, a dressing table that has sagged), the other 2 rooms also don't have fans or AC. So rely on all the windows.5. The TV in the upper lounge area can only provide local channels.6. The internet is smooth if used on the top floor.7. The service is OK. The staff and guards are friendly8. The water is smooth, the bathroom is all clean, the water heater is also running smoothly.

I am one of the group staying at Forest Villa 23-26 August 2023, maybe in the future a sink will be installed at least 1 below, because if you want to wash your hands you have to go to the kitchen sink and if you want to brush your teeth you also have to be in the kitchen or bathroom because this is not a villa camp ground. One of the rooms above the electrical outlet didn't work, so you had to charge it outside the room, then for the shower water pressure problem on the 2nd floor, it turned out there was an on and off in front of the terrace, so there was no water pressure, but still the shower was damaged because the water came out in hose so it wastes water (hot especially). After complaining on the second day, (even though on the first day the guard had complained and it had been answered (for example, the room lights were off and some of the lights outside too) and answered when it had been off for a long time and the guard had reported it to the owner but no response...) at night there was a guard who came to replace the dead light, then the next day a technician came to measure the water pool filter reservoir door which had holes and was porous (because he had also complained to the lodging agent). On the second day, the electricity token also sounded, but the agent also responded to it.It is hoped that in the future the owner will pay more attention to his property for the comfort of his tenants and renovate his property (the entrance door will open heavily because it is possible that the door will have expanded evenly with the floor).

This villa is not suitable for rent. Maybe if you just live alone it's still ok. But if you rent it, it's not worth it. There are 2 downstairs rooms, 1 has an ensuite bathroom, the lights are dim. 1 ordinary room has no lights, only a green light. The dining table was OK, because it was set aside at the back. But it wasn't communicated to guests. The swimming pool filter reservoir has a rusty hole cover covered with synthetic grass covered with a sleeping chair. I know because it was stepped on and shaken. The sleeping chair is also not safe because the wood supporting it is not balanced. The upstairs bathroom couldn't be closed tightly, it could open itself because there was no key, in the end we managed it ourselves with a rope. Shower water doesn't come out because there is no pressure. Shower was also broken. I ordered 3 extra mattresses, all of them smelled. Art and my driver don't even want to use it. The refrigerator wasn't cold luckily there was a spareMy advice, you should check the villa often. Don't just accept money

the villa is nice, the place is very comfortable, the service is fast, the bathroom is also okay but the hot water in the main bathroom on the second floor is dead, if the bathroom is near the stairs on the second floor the water comes from hot to cold again, maybe pay more attention to the problem the water, but I recommend you to rent a villa here because it's really nice 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻🤩🤩🤩
