When checking in, my ID card was about to be detained, I am a frequent traveler, it is illegal to take someone's official documents, they should only be copied. The bathroom door was difficult to lock, you had to ask for an electric kettle, there was no hot water for showering even though the air was cold. When I stayed two nights, almost every night there was an event nearby and it was very noisy

Sorry, I gave 3 stars because we still have to improve regarding cleanliness, toiletries and interior as well as electrical installations and there is no TV. The most important thing is that there is no breakfast even though that's quite annoying.

Qt, I used a Family Room type room, I think it's really comfortable, the place is really clean, both the room and bathroom and the surroundings, the air is really fresh... there are some things that are different from other hotels, not because they don't exist, but it's a by request system, like a heating kettle, glass, or whatever we need. You can ask at the reception, the service is very friendly, the owner is also very friendly, thank you Mrs. Gayatri for your service, sorry we ask a lot of questions, ma'am๐You can also have a barbecue, prepare the place but request first, you can't do it suddenly.You can do karaoke with a smart TV in the family room because the WiFi is good... but you have to request the mic and sound first, because it's for the convenience of consumers if someone doesn't want noise because the room isn't soundproof.If breakfast doesn't include it, that's ok, but you can add breakfast menus such as toast or fried rice..... ๐๐๐If I may suggest, the green space is maintained but a green garden is created, for sitting and enjoying the fresh air there and there is a children's play area, even though it is minimalist.So so far we feel comfortable and ok.... thank you..

Sorry, I'm giving 1 star for the cleanliness, it's not clean enough to see from the bed and towels, there's no Qibla direction, there's no TV and what I hate the most is that there's only ONE plug and it's NEAR THE WINDOW, so I can't play on my cellphone while lying down in bed, when I wanted to check in at 12 o'clock I was still told to wait until the afternoon, it didn't match the check-in schedule I ordered, in the end we were tired and even more tired because we waited for the room to be empty. The only good thing is that the staff are friendly, the air is cool, and even though the room doesn't have air conditioning, it's not hot. Sorry if my review is not pleasant for the owner, but I will review it with my personal experience so that the service and facilities need to be improved. Thank You.
