Welcoming hotel, very good service, nice swimming pool, nice room, good breakfast. However, the hotel is on the roadside so you can hear the scooters going by from the room and the swimming pool overlooks the road. The shower could also be improved because it flows moderately well and hot water is limited. Value for money not necessarily there.

Great experiences at NG Sweet Home in Nusa Penida for 3 nights. The staff is super welcoming and the manager takes the time to guide you as soon as you arrive. We were able to rent scooters directly on site to visit the island. The accommodation is ideally located for visiting the west as well as Kelingking beach before the wave of tourists coming from Bali. Every day we were able to have a different freshly squeezed juice upon our return to the hotel. Breakfast is also very good and can be served in front of the room (take the Bowl). The bathroom could however be improved because the shower does not flow well and waters the whole bathroom a little.

It’s a lovely place to stay what I liked is the people in the hotel they are very friendly and helpful I had a good stay there the food was good they take a lot of effort to make you feel very comfortable and they will go all their way out just to make you feel so special at their place you can request for anything and they are happily ready to helpWe did actually check out late due to our timings and they let us do that without charging anything extra who does that now a daysWe hired a car from them with a driver who was very down to earth person he almost drove us to all locations close by took photos of us made sure we were safe and he made our trip to Nusa penida more specialA gem of a person if your planning to visit Nusa Penida do book this hotelThey provide food you can order from their menu and rent bike or car from themWe also received pick up from our boat to the hotel and drop off tooMake sure to ask them for help if you face any challenges thereThey would make sure you’re stay is memorable

My partner and I stayed at this hotel for three nights, and we had an exceptional experience.The location is excellent, making it easy to explore the area. The staff was outstanding, always ready to help with everything we needed, from renting a motorbike to assisting with purchasing tickets to Bali and even with laundry. They were incredibly friendly and accommodating.The room was spacious, spotless, and perfect in every way. Each day, upon our return, we were welcomed with refreshing juices, which was a lovely touch. The food and breakfast were also fantastic, adding to our wonderful stay.Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations with its prime location, outstanding staff, and excellent facilities.
