Really dubious. Our booking was simply “forgotten”. When we arrived they said they were fully booked and I would get my money back but would have to find a new hotel for the night. …

Our booking was apparently forgotten and the hotel was already fully booked. We found out about this on site after a 30-minute taxi ride for 270k IDR. At least we got our money back. But in the late afternoon we had to look for new accommodation, which of course wasn't in the local area. They didn't want to cover the cost of a taxi there or back. So we just had a lot of hassle in connection with taxi costs for nothing.
