I'm not gonna sugar coating this place is actually amazing. Located in a strategic area there are plenty of food, cafes, and restaurant nearby and also 5 mins walkable to gajah mada food street. Mbak Siska also very nice, friendly, and helpful. However, I booked this kost from Rukita agent which has fooled me. Yes, RUKITA is a scam. Not as what they advertised. "Exclusive Kost" they said but it's not exclusive at all. First they told me electricity included, but when I checked in they said it's not included and had to purchase tpken instead. I spent 400K for the tokens which last only for 1 month and daily AC use only 6 - 7 hours. Tried to save as much as possible by turning off all electricity whenever I went outside. Secondly, they DON'T HAVE KITCHEN here so you have to purchase your food from outside ALL THE TIME. No lift provided so if you're easily exhausted and your room is on the top floor just like mine I suggest you do not stay here. They don't provide laundry either so you have to bring your laundry yourself to nearby laundry services/laundry coins. Exclusive kost at least what they sell, but a lot of cracks, stains on the wall. Wardrobe amazingly half-broken. It is stated on their rules to keep the environment quiet after 10PM (22.00) but my neighbour are noisy as hell. Room 3.1 & 3.3 mostly talk and laugh loudly till I'm awake from my deep sleep. Pls think twice, thrice if you wanted to stay here especially if you want to book via RUKITA. OH RIGHT, RUKITA also robbed me by charging extra 200K just because I used Credit Card, which according to Bank Indonesia, surcharge 3% applied to the tenant not the bank. So it's not going to the bank's account but Rukita's personal number itself. If Rukita didn't give me back my 3% surcharge I will not create any amendment to this review.
