Very disappointing. The room does not match the photo, not only the windows, it is located in the basement and is damp and full of mold. The photo of the room says urbanview and there is a window, but when we confirmed it with the receptionist, the hotel argued that the photo belonged to the Niagara Hotel.One of the receptionists, when asked about the condition of the room, did not provide any solution at all. For such a price, it is not commensurate with the facilities provided.If the room is not suitable for renting, it is best to repair it first. .

I'm really sorry for giving 1 star, the ceiling is low so it makes it stuffy and the rooms have a lot of mold, soap for bathing is not provided, the sheets have holes, I hope the hotel management can repair or renovate the rooms in this hotel

THIS IS REALLY NOT WORTH ITDON'T LET ANYONE ELSE EXPERIENCE THE SAME THING.So the story is that my family and I had an event in Purwakarta, when we checked the hotel everything was already full booked and finally booked at this hotel because there were still empty rooms...The receptionist is okay, friendly and responsiveIt's just a shame that the room isn't worth selling.Regardless of the price, if it's not worth it, don't sell it.Here are the details:1. Lots of mold everywhere, on the walls, on the roof and everything2. Humid room3. Dusty floor, dusty tables4. Sunken bed5. The bedcover had holes in it, I asked to replace it but it wasn't much different6. Wifi and TV are dead7. The bathroom is dirty and has quite a lot of moss/mold8. There is a bucket covered in moss, it's a shame I didn't take a photo because I was too lazyThere are many more but this is representativeANYWAY, IT'S NOT WORTH IT AND I HOPE NOBODY OTHERS EXPERIENCE ITTHANKS
