The staff was very rude and unfriendly, no owner phone numbers, even though there was a problem with my booking with OYO at that time, and they said that they no longer collaborated with Oyo itself since so long, but why is this place still registered with Oyo? Even my booking have confirmed and i have paid for it, it doesn't make any sense! And i just found out that this place have lot more problem with AGODA, OYO, or any others applications! A HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED! Just stay away from this place if you don't want to lose your money and time!!

PLISSSSS!!! Don't stay here instead of regretting it. the price listed is at Oyo but until then they ask for more money because they don't cooperate with Oyo. the officers are not friendly at all!!!!

DO NOT STAY - Booked through Agoda, and arrived and were told booking did not exist despite the man making no effort to look or help. He sat and watched instagram videos whilst we had to look for other accommodation. I spoke to the manager on the phone, who claimed he didn’t speak english, which was definitely a lie. Terrible service, avoid at all costs

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! After booking online through Agoda (with a booking reference and confirmation) we arrived and we’re told there is no booking for us. He said he had free rooms but we could only go in them if we paid double what we had originally thought we were paying. The man we spoke to was soo rude. Unhelpful. He just sat there watching instagram videos on his phone. We now have no where to stay. We will be telling anyone and everyone who listens how awful this place is.
