very inconsistent with the price stated in the application, in fact they were told to add fees and were forced to stay overnight with the promise of lowering the price to the original price per night, no more giving up

Deceptive hotel, the price on OTA is much cheaper, suddenly the system says the price is wrong. But from 2 years ago, people's comments were still about different prices😂. Yes, if you intend to work well, you won't be left with errors for that long. I originally wanted to add more, but looking at people's reviews, it wasn't satisfactory. At the original price, there are also many hotels. Not worth it. Better save your time & money.

No longer staying here. Batman trap. The prices in the application and in real terms are different. When you want to check in you will be charged an additional fee even though you have paid in full on the app. The reason is that the price changes from the center. If the center has changed, how come the price hasn't changed on the app, it doesn't make sense. Then why wasn't the customer in touch beforehand when I had paid in full, if there was a change before I checked in, it seemed like it was on purpose so that I would come in tired and then get zoned out. Aseem is right. Because I was tired & it was already late, I had to check in too but when I entered the room, I got another surprise: the sheets & mattress were dirty (there were short hairs, blood stains, ants & cigarette marks) + the water didn't come out. Help the zone. This is the first & last time I've been here.

Check in and pay via the official OYO application. Arriving at the receptionist the price changed to 200 thousand per night. Hopefully it breaks down soon. Amen YRA 🤲🤲, dirty sheets, dirty toilet, because it was an emergency, we ended up having to stay overnight.

Early morning until check out at 8, the bathroom water was dead.The blanket has lots of stains.The room has lots of cigarette butts.But the price is OK.I give 3 stars.Hopefully future service will be improved

TAI INN, booking via the application, payment was successful, suddenly the WA room was full. When they arrived, they said the system was WRONG. We were told to cancel independently. When we canceled it, we got a refund of only 30,000, there was no answer, the deduction was up to 103,000, and we were asked for the answer, the system was wrong. The intention was to open an inn, so we had to understand the SOP for dogs, don't just accept walk-in guests for the sake of bigger profits, at least a full refund, it's the hotel's fault. EATING IS HARAM money, when you check in before you don't really pay attention when you check in, there's rubbish in the drawer.

I made a booking but it was canceled unilaterally. It's really bad! Don't choose SAND'S RESIDENCE. Surely in the end it will be canceled unilaterally. This is the first time I booked a hotel far in advance but it was canceled on the day.
