We had a great time staying here for a few nights.Originally we only booked for three nights to explore Nusa Dua but the owners were very nice and the room was great too so we extended our stay.The room was clean and had everything we needed and we felt very welcome here. The owner also provided us tea in the morning which was very nice and some bottles of water which were much neede in Bali heat.The location is good but you should get a scooter.We ended up renting one each from Sari Mulia (the owners family member's business) for reasonable price and then we travelled everywhere from Uluwatu and Padang Padang all the way to Nusa Dua and Kuta.For nearby food, Warung Local Price was great so you will not go hungry if you do not want to cook.The only negative consideration is the amount of dogs present in the streets and gardens around. Some were quite aggressive and one street dog had foam around its mouth.This is definitely a place we will come back to when we are in the area.

It has been a very peaceful stay in an quiet place beautiful place. You’ll be surrounded by loving people. |I Highly recommended this home stay.|Staying at Mulia it’s better to have a bike, which you can rent it there, also the beach is not too far.

Great place. We lived for 3 months, and would have lived longer if we had not had to leave Bali. Firstly, the homestay is a 5-minute drive from Gunung Payung Beach, and 10 minutes from Pandawa or Melasti. You can reach both the vegetable/meat market and the Tol Road exit in 15 minutes. Secondly, the place is very quiet and calm, there are no traffic jams, the street is not noisy, but not completely out of the way. Thirdly, the resort area is very well-groomed, a stunningly beautiful garden with flowers, mango trees, a fountain and a gazebo. The houses are relatively new, everything functions as it should. Expensive equipment was purchased (air conditioning, water heater), so there are no problems with cooling the houses and heating water. For those houses that do not have their own kitchen, there is a new shared kitchen in the garden, with everything you need for cooking. Well, fourthly, I would like to note the hospitality of the hosts. Mulia and Madi do everything to make their guests as comfortable as possible. And the food is very tasty, by the way;) We would be happy to stay there again if we find ourselves in Bali.

Nice owners, they keep the area clean, very green, you will live in a tropical garden, among flowers and birdsong, you will see squirrels and bats, ripe mangoes hang right next to the porch. Yoga classes are held on the lawn for local residents. For Bali, such a green area in the yard is rare. The houses are normal, cozy, linen is changed and cleaned upon request, breakfast and lunch can be ordered from the menu, the prices are inflated and you will have to wait, but the food is delicious. A common kitchen was recently built, which is a special plus for the owners. If only they had made a pool! There would be no price at all.

I stayed in their new (No4) cottage for 8 nights. Must be the best choice in this area as it is/was inexpensive and run by a very serviceminded couple, Mulia and Made. A bit far away from restaurants, but you can rent very good scooters here. However the "Mulia Restaurant" is always there to tease your tastebuds .Don't miss this Homestay if you are in Bukit!

The homestay is very comfortable, there are only 6 units but it is very quiet and neat, the rooms and bathrooms are very clean for the price offered, it really exceeds expectations. The owners Bli Made and Mba Mulia are very friendly, very attentive and helpful. Plan to stay 3 nights to 4 nights. Our family was served special culinary delights from their garden, plus brought them to Jakarta. Thank you Bli for your service during our family's holiday yesterday. We highly recommend Mulia Homestay for holidays.

This is Wonderful place to stay in Bali and one of our favourites. We spent one week in the suite with a kitchen. Pandawa beach is within driving distance, as are shops and restaurants. And the hosts are warm and accommodating. Would not hesitate to book again. Highly Recommended
