Nice clean place, the only thing is that the view from the room was disappointing and there is construction going on in the villa, so be prepared for noise.

We were pleasantly surprised, the villa looks better in person than on the photos. Phenomenal new property with around 10-12 different small villas. We had a great 2 night stay here. The pool is really big and impeccably clean. The size and quality of the room is great as well (they even have small kitchen and a large bath room).

New villa, new staff info 3.5 months. The staff is friendly, the place is clean, the rooms are big too. The air is still very cool, cold and windy, the view is also good. Location near Pandawa beach, Green Bowl and Melasti. The area is quiet, far from the crowds, if you like a quiet place, this is suitable :DIt's a bit noisy, mostly from the barking of the doggy around the villa. But I don't have a problem.Free refill drinking water at the receptionist... I think this is a real plus because I like drinking water and the mini2mart is a bit far away.The shower is semi-outdoor, I suggest giving it a 1/2 canopy, which is better, because when you shower, the wind gets really cold, if it rains, it's hard to shower, hehe.Variants for breakfast could possibly be added. Currently only English breakfast, pancakes, fried rice/noodles. Add porridge or soup or typical Balinese food, hehe. You can also get fruit at breakfast.Here you can't order food other than breakfast, so if you're hungry at night you have to go out or order food onlineThe experience here is pleasant. If I go to Bali again and play in the south, I will definitely stay here again :)

I had a great stay in Akasea villa.Spacious rooms and bathroom and the kitchen is very handy for cooking your own food 🍲The owners are super friendly and they made us breakfast each morning. You get to choose from American, Indonesian or pancakes 🥞.Location: quiet area which seemed remote initially. However, by bike 🏍️ you are very close to many nice beaches: Pandawa, Timbis, Geger and the Nusa Dua area is ~ 15’ away. Uluwatu is 30’ away.

It is very new, it is under construction from very early until very late so the noises are very annoying. It is very far from the hustle and bustle in Uluwatu and that increases transportation service costs (it is not listed on Grab). The rooms are good but the doors do not close, the air does not flow to the entire room. Breakfast is not recommended. The pool is spectacular. He

The rooms are new, there is a small kitchen with no smell. Very clean, cleaned every day. There are 3 choices for breakfast, it was simple and filling. Water can be collected for free.The location is a bit noisy, close to a road with frequent truck traffic. For some reason the closet is located in the toilet)
