We stayed in the villa for 9 nights as a couple with a baby. The villa is really very nice, has enough space and is equipped with everything you need. The cleanliness was excellent, which was mainly due to Kadek, the pearl of the house. We also booked breakfast, which we can recommend to anyone who wants to start the day relaxed. Kadek prepared everything we wanted for us at our desired time. She then cleaned the whole house very thoroughly. Kadek took great care of us and made our stay very relaxing for us.We would definitely come back.We were only partially satisfied with the management of Nagisa Bali. In the description the baby bed was listed as part of the equipment. We should then pay for what should not be. After several attempts, we finally filed a complaint through Airbnb and the issue was resolved.We also wanted a driver to the next hotel. Unfortunately, this was a bit complicated in advance, as we had to discuss it for a long time until we got the car with the right size. Unfortunately, the car (belongs to Nagisa Bali) does not have a map for the toll roads, which meant that our 4 1/2 hour journey with a baby became even longer, very annoying for the price.Villa and Kadek are great, we were only partially satisfied with the management.
