We had an unforgettable stay at the beautiful Tirta Kencana villa in Bali! The villa offers an exceptional sea view, and our entire family had an amazing time here. The 24-hour service team and butler went above and beyond to make our stay truly exceptional. The culinary team took care of all our meals, from delicious breakfasts to authentic Balinese and BBQ dinners – every dish was awesome! Tirta Kencana is the perfect place for a family getaway and has made our trip incredibly memorable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for relaxation and luxury!

When we visited the location, we were treated to a very beautiful view, even though at first we thought we would get lost 😅To arrive at this location, just follow the instructions for Gapura Vista Residences,,, because in this location there are several villas so there are no instructions at the beginning

Secluded location with great ocean view, with paragliding site in walking distance. Due to the south facing, will not get a direct sunrise or sunset view. As highlighted by some, the last mile will be a little rocky, as it is unpathed road, but great for a cosy gathering for families. Nested near areas with many high end hotels.Good service and food provided by the service staff on-site, and act on request by clients. Catered for dinners for 2 nights, and they are well prepared. Breakfast with a choice of western or local.Rooms are big with air-con, and on a higher ground with high ceilings, the place is airy and windy.Thank you for making the stay a memorable one!

A magical place. We had the pleasure of staying there with our family. The beds are super comfortable, the master suite is luxurious, spacious and finished with a beautiful dark brown wood. A feature you'll see throughout the Villa. What made our stay was the fantastic view, the little touches on the garden and interior, and the excellent cooks and service that was provided. I hope we get to return to this paradise and can highly recommend staying here for a tranquil Bali escape.

We loved staying and having our wedding at Villa Frangipani. All the staff were super helpful in helping us with our wedding and organising food and decorations. The villa itself is so much bigger than the pictures and like having your own private resort.The only areas for improvement are- The road to the villa is extremely bumpy and all gravel through farm land and could be improved.- When we and our guests arrived to the villa there was no snacks or drinks available because we were told the guests before us had used everything. We found this to be an unacceptable excuse as we also paid the same amount of money and expect the same service.- Communication via email leading up to the wedding was challenging due to the language barrier and many things getting lost in translation.- We felt the price of the the different dinners was not good value for money. It was more expensive per person than the most expensive 5 start restaurants in Nusa Dua but no where near the quality.Overall we were very happy with our stay, and if you take into consideration the above areas of improvement we would highly recommend.

The roads leading up to the villa residential area were pretty rough, but once you arrive on-site, the views were simply amazing. This villa sits on top of the hill which offers unobstructed views of the southern cliffs of Uluwatu. It also gives a nice view of the sunrise as well as a good breeze during the day. I booked this villa for my wedding party’s stay during my wedding recently. What made the stay memorable was the helpfulness of the butler and the excellent cooking by the chef. I would 10/10 stay here again if I had the opportunity to return back to Bali with a large group.

It was a beautiful 12 days in the villa, personally liked this place and also recommend this villa. stuff are really nice confident to talk enough, especially to the butlers who was with us the entire journey of 12 days in the beautiful villa of Bali. The food I would recommend. The cook was really handsome and he also makes really nice food 😂.facilities of the Villa was too good everything was proper. A big THANKS to the butlers (widhi, violeta, jerry) and to the handsome cook (joshua)and to the other lady cook they were on the best to help us out in every aspect possible💕. The other stuff who was on stand by at night and during the day time in helping the butlers, a big thanks to them as well. See you guys soon ❤️😊

We have a lovely stay at the villa... it's got fantastic views, attentive staff who know when to help but also aren't intrusive and loads of space and light. We did a house swap with the villa owner who was great and very kind - so we didn't rent the villa, but really enjoyed the property. We spent 10 happy days here, mostly relaxing but had a great evening making sushi in the 'Japanese Room'. Thanks for a great stay.

We recently stayed at Villa Tirta Kencana booked through Airbnb. Unfortunately, the Villa was not as expected and we had to terminate our stay early. As we found out, there were cameras located in the common areas of living room, kitchen, and hallways where the owners has been 'monitoring' us. It is certainly an unsettling, worse when you have small kids with you. The site manager Ai told us that they 'erased' all the data at the end of a stay, but we were concerned on the reason why it was recorded in the first place. Airbnb reviewed the case and agreed that this was a violation of privacy and cancelled the booking in our favor.While this Villa looks great by the pictures, it is in a very remote construction zone, where you had to be on a dirt, unpaved road for about 5 min prior to arriving at the Villa. While it appeared nice, it definitely was more on the aged side. We did have multiple issues where the AC in the common area failed to work, AC in the dining area failed to work, plumbing issues with faulty shower and tub in the master bedroom, and also lack of hot water where the staff had to help and resolve in the middle of the night. We also tried to call for Grab car service and many of them could not find the place, so transportation was quite an issue.Considering the high cost of the Villa, I think you have much better options elsewhere and I recommend you look at some of the other villas.
