We stayed in Ms. Tang's "red house" for 3 nights and 3 days.The house is ideally located at the crossroads of old Sukhothai (30km), the airport and the Si Satchanalai site (30km - worth the detour because it is much quieter than old Sukhothai).Ms. Tang organized all the transportation to the different sites and we were delighted to stay in a calming place away from the hustle and bustle of the city.On the program: visit to the old Sukhothai, the Si Satchanalai site, a bike ride with Ms. Tang to buy what you need for the cooking class given during the afternoon.The “red house” is a true place of calm between authentic Thai architecture and modern architecture. The exterior with its covered terrace is ideal for eating and relaxing in the company of the cats.Ms. Tang is incredibly kind and will do everything to make your stay unforgettable with her anecdotes about Sukhothai, Thai culture and her life experiences (homemade sourdough bread, cheese making test and other...).A bubble of fresh air in the Thai countryside far from the hustle and bustle of tourist sites.See you soon I hope ;)

I simply cannot give enough positive praise for our stay with Tong. She is amazing, her home is amazing, and her cooking is amazing :-). The communication before visiting and her help with travel to and from Sukothai, as well as to see the sights when we were there was invaluable. We had such a peaceful lovely stay, an oasis of calm amongst our trips to other towns and cities. Also the sights around Sukothai as very definitely worth any detour in your travels. Thank you so much Tong 🙏🏻

Thanks to Tong for this warm welcome and this dive into authentic Thailand.We spent 3 excellent days with short walks in the area on foot and by bike and a visit to the beautiful historic site of Sukhotai.Tong shared with us his knowledge of the country, the region and the people - and gave us quite a few useful recommendations for the rest of our trip in Thailand.Also note its effectiveness for the good coordination of transfers (train and individual cars in our case).

French-speaking and Francophile, Tong shares his passions with his guests: culture and history, gastronomy, conviviality... And his guest house is the perfect place for that. Ideally located in the countryside by the river, about thirty km from the historic parks of Sukhothai and Sri Satchanalai. Breakfast with homemade bread, and in the evening table d'hôtes with mastered and refined cuisine using local products. The 4 rooms are very comfortable and decorated with refinement with antique objects. All in a bucolic and relaxing setting.Prefer a minimum stay of 2 days, and it is preferable to be motorized.

A very unique, authentic, “ Small but Beautiful “ Bed and Breakfast in Sukothai. Apart from a cozy atmosphere, the best part is the owner Madam Tong who made us feel at home .It has the charm of the countryside of the South of France mixed perfectly with the Thai countryside.

The hotel is very nice to stay. Located in the quiet countryside The price is in the low thousands and there are a lot of views and photo spots. The owner of the accommodation is cute and friendly. Sukhothai traditional dinner is very delicious. Especially for breakfast, the western bread and jam the owner makes himself are amazing.

One of the best experiences that we've had in a "maison d'hôtes". The owner of the place, Tong, was so lovely from the beginning, making us feel like home. They cooked for us delicious food and we could feel like havimg the thai lofe for some hours. The location of the house it's a little bit like a dream. We will for sure comeback

Very interesting and peaceful experience in this small countryside village situated at 20 km from the historical Sukhothai. You feel like a local in this charming and well decorated Thai house, close to the river, surrounded by a lush garden and well selected antiques. The owner is a very good cooker.
