Stayed here on 1-2 May booked via Agoda.Really disappointing and I don't recommend this villa to anyone at all.Here are the things we experienced:1. Bed arrangement does not match what was stated. According to information, there are 4 rooms, 3 of which have double beds and each has a futon. However, all the futons/extra beds were not available even though we booked it for 11 people. The villa manager tried to find an extra bed from another villa and delivered it at 10.30 pm but the quality of the extra bed was really not suitable for use. Which in the end we didn't use2. Dirty. The bathroom was dirty and hadn't been cleaned, the toilet was dirty, there were cigarette butts, there were used masks in the cupboard (which during the pandemic is absolutely intolerable). There are used diapers and milk bottles.3. Bath tub (clogged from the time we arrived at junior high school, the water couldn't recede), wash basin, AC (not cold), toilet in a damaged condition/unusable.4. This is the most annoying thing, it is stated in the description that swimming vouchers will be provided for guests at the club house. However, when we arrived the voucher was not given and we were asked to pay first ourselves and it would be immediately replaced. However, our claim for 9 vouchers worth 450 thousand was never paid even though we followed up for more than a week until we finally wrote this review. Management V Villa (Pak Victor) only promised us that we would transfer but always missed. So in the end we gave up the 450 thousand and considered them all frauds.Don't be fooled and experience what we experienced.Villa owners and V Villa management (Mr. Victor) please improve the villa and the quality of your service. Thanks
