Caution. Dishonest scam artists, they rip off foreigners. They may tell you the price is a lot more than what you confirm online.Upon arrival we were told we had to pay 3 times the amount that we booked and confirmed.The managers excuse was that they 'forgot to change the price so it was a mistake', they 'cannot change the website, it takes a long time' and that we 'can cancel or pay the money'..As we crossed the West Timor and East Timor land border, it was late at night and we didn't expect to be paying 3 times the amount so we actually didnt have the amount they were asking. We only had enough for what was actually confirmed on our confirmed booking online, food and a taxi to the airport as we planned.We had to stay somewhere and ended up having to stay here, paying double of what was confirmed instead as that is all we had in cash and as we had nowhere else to go at night.Not long after we checked in to our room, she updated their website to what we had paid and not triple as she first said. (Previously they said they could not update it).We did escalate this matter further with our booking agent as either the owner does not know how to operate a basic booking platform OR their business model is ripping tourists off.Tips: Get a receipt of payment, complain to your booking agent. If you can prepay online first, do this and then you are able to dispute with your bank.Find the reviews, they have done the same to many others that have left reviews, you just have to sift through them on different booking platforms.

Coincidentally, transit in Kupang was taken to this hotel. The place is quite cozy, not noisyThe room is big, the service is good, the waiters are friendlyEven though it's a little out of town, I really recommend it

The service was very, very bad, the hotel waiter never thought about guest comfort, when the room leaked and then asked to move, he couldn't have to add fees, then the AC after being given the remote was taken back, he said, it was the hotel boss who forbid it, the TV remote was not given either. The room has lots of ants and cockroaches, making it dirty.Very bad service
