The room smells (musty + urine), the receptionist refuses to serve guests. NOT recommended if going to Balikpapan

we are new, it should feel comfortable. that's enough here....but poor other guests... please management pay attention to every room where there are lots of cockroachesbedroom, bathroom, kitchen.Then there's the deposit problem, this isn't normal. When checking out you won't receive a direct refund of your deposit. The earliest we can wait is 13. and the latest is 15. They say that's their system. Then, for example, if there's a complaint or there's evidence, we're already on our way. It's up to you if management wants to fix it or not, it's up to you.

All staff are friendly, from security, front officers, house keeping to management.Over all satisfactory, both from the staff, the check-in process was fast, the process of returning the deposit to the customer's account was also fast, up to the condition of the room according to reviews from the Malibušš». Moreover, customers also get the same swimming pool area facilities as the apartment next door šIt's just a little input for management, hopefully there will be revitalization for replacing old facilities with new ones such as refrigerators, sheets, towels, doormats, the inside of curtains. Hopefully in the future it can be even more optimalāŗ
