As soon as you leave the accommodation, you will find a historical park. Convenience stores and restaurants are also close by. The owner is very friendly. There is a large refrigerator in the room, and perhaps because we requested a 3-night stay, there is plenty of bottled water, and plenty of towels and toilet paper. Please bring water and coffee with each breakfast. If I come back to Sukhothai, I will stay here again.For reference, in Chiang Mai, shower filters turn dark brown in two days, but in Sukhothai, the color changes little even after three days of use. :)

Two steps from the historic center of the city, he rents you bikes for 30 bhts and makes you breakfast… he even let us shower after checking out! Super clean and comfortable rooms.

One minute walk to the museum and two minutes walk to the historical park, restaurants and 7-11. Very convenient. The room were clean and very peaceful at night. The owner is very attentive. Bicycles available for rental from guest house. The only downside is you can literally hear people talking in the next room but other than that everything is okay.

Went on 21 July '24. The room was spacious and fully equipped. Near Sukhothai Prawat Sathan Park... In the evening, near the morning market, near the alms giving place on Bun Bridge, there are cars available for rent. Recommended.

Located very close to Sukhothai historical park, literally 2 minutes walk. Rooms a little small and not very clean. However, you can rent a bike for around 30 baht a day. Very friendly owner but communication in English was difficult.

The host is so lovely, and such a great cook! The breakfast that’s included is delicious. Walking distance to the night market, the historical park, restaurants etc. the bikes we rented were also in great shape, would love to stay again!

The lady in charge of the place is super kind and charming. The entire old city literally next door. Silent zone. At night the market is also very close. Everything less than a kilometer!

Great little guesthouse right in amongst the action . The guesthouse only has 3 rooms so is nice and peaceful . Only a few minutes walk to the main historic park but there are also bicycles for hire at the guesthouse , which is a better option , otherwise you will be doing a lot of walking .Comfy beds , good Aircon and wifi .

Room very well placed for visiting the city, parking space available in the courtyard if necessary. The owner is adorable and the lunch of toast, eggs, fresh fruit is perfect. The rooms are clean and functional with air conditioning. No dogs in the residence which is appreciated.

Very warm welcome from our host. We were able to rent bikes for the equivalent of 1 euro per day (!!!). It was fantastic to cycle through the historic center! This is 100 m from the accommodation!As for the rooms, they are clean and air-conditioned.

The owner is friendly and helpful. She speaks easy English but it’s OK. 😄The breakfast is really great. The owner asks guests when to eat and makes breakfast for guests every morning. The food is really local and yummy. 😋😋😋The location is close to the world heritage site only on foot. Here also provides bike and motorcycle hire so that travelers can go around.We were arranged the room near the road. Somehow it was a little noisy since 6 a.m but it didn’t bother us. Local people get up early.Thanks the owner for taking care of each guests so much. Really appreciate.☺️

This is one of the best places we have stayed at. Lovely host, clean spacious room and very delicious breakfast. They also have great value laundry and bike hire service. 11 out of 10! ||It's right next to the historical park and 3 mins walk from the fresh market.

The experience here is different.I feel like I'm visiting my grandmother's house.The accommodation is not well-equipped, but it is clean and tidy.The location is great as it is right near the historical park.For breakfast, a meal and fruit or dessert are provided.It's so delicious and plentiful.What I liked most was the owner’s manners.Warm, kind and friendly.Not only the grandmother but also the granddaughter are so lovely.Rather, we hope that guests will be quiet and have good manners.Because it is such a good accommodation, I hope good people stay there.Stay healthy grandma

Me and my son spent 2 nights here.The location is wonderful and convenient, and you can experience almsgiving in the morning at a nearby temple, and you can also rent a bicycle for 30 baht, so you can tour the ruins right in front of you every morning.More than anything,,,The owner is surprisingly kind. When I had to go to a private hospital for my son's sudden illness, he helped me find a hospital, drove me to the ATM on his motorcycle, and arranged for a reliable driver. It really saved me a lot.I myself had been feeling unwell with gastroenteritis before my stay, so I was allowed to check in early, and I was at a loss both physically and mentally when my son was in an emergency situation.In such a situation, I was saved by the owner's unhurried smile, and I was impressed by the deep compassion of the Thai people.The breakfast my mom made every morning was really delicious.Both my son and I would love to come back here again.I'm really thankful to you.
