Don’t go here, no water midnight, event in restaurant toilet, its mean no water at all in this building! Should be a fraud if this hotel still in operation! You still have better service in local guest house.

Those who are planning to go to Palangkaraya and looking for a hotel, it's better not to come here, NOT RECOMMENDED, because???1. There is NO LIFT, check in at night after work, tired, you are told to walk upstairs to room L3, it's crazy, you don't know where to bring lots of things, then in the morning you have to go down for breakfast and after breakfast you have to go up to your room if you want to go to your room, then Eating and exercising2. The AC is NOT COLD, the temperature of the AC is already 16. The fan is also full but the AC isn't cold. I left it outside because I was buying food, but when I got to the hotel the AC was still not cold, I had to sleep at the bottom of the mattress so that it was exposed to the AC air a little, it's crazy.3. THE WATER FOR BATHING IS SMALL, the water in the hotel is not big enough, it feels like a long shower because the water is small4. THE MATTRESS HAS YELLOW STAINS, WTF bro??5. NO TV REMOTE6. BAD WIFI7. THE HOTEL IS FAR FROM THE CROWDS, In my opinion, buying food is mandatory in the city center.Frankly, the most annoying thing is the AC and NO LIFT. The bathroom was broken, the water hitter was beeping. is the room for sale? Apkahh OPERATIONAL MANAGER. GM. DN ALL DIRECTORS Are you of sound mind?Complain to FO. 1. There is no elevator..., go up the stairs to the 3rd floor.2. The AC is not cold... the AC is also noisy.3. The bathroom is small and the hot water is not hot enough.4. The towels are yellow.5. At 6.30 there were only leftovers of food, it was cold (no warmth), there were also leftovers of fruit, there were bananas but they were still green (not yet ripe)This is the first time Amaris is really like this...

We hope that the Amaris Hotel Palangkaraya Team will see the reviews from our friends here, so that it will be better in the future, both in terms of service and other aspects. For a 2 star hotel, the facilities may be sufficient. It's just that the service is a bit picky, hahaha. The table next to me had its dirty plates removed, but mine wasn't even though I had already set it aside and the position of the cutlery indicated that I had finished eating 😅

I want 2 stars but I don't have the heart. 3 stars because the receptionist likes to smile and if there is security, he likes to open the main door in the lobby. Rooms are just ordinary, sometimes they smell musty when they come in, some of the wifi in the rooms is good and some are not. tips before checking in, it's better to ask first what wifi is usually good in which room. I asked that, I was given room 106, it's really good, it's connected and I'm playing in the toilet, I'm still playing with my cellphone, I'm lying in bed, or I'm eating in front of the TV, the WiFi is running smoothly... my friend in the other room said it's even worse hahaha... for breakfast It's pretty good for a hotel of this class.
