The place is clean, calm, with a Japanese atmosphere.But there is no prayer room... the prayer room is under the stairs, dirty. Together with the driver.

The hotel rooms are clean and the bathroom in the Deluxe Room has a separate washing area and bathtub, and is comfortable with chairs and a tub like in a Japanese home bathroom. The public bath on the 7th floor closes at 0:00, so if you return late, you can comfortably take a bath in your room.The SUMIBI restaurant on the first floor is very delicious during the day and at night, and is convenient when you don't feel like leaving the hotel.As for the location, you won't have any trouble finding a meal as the famous Japanese restaurants in the Cikarang area such as MATSURIYA, Tonkatsu Sen, and TORIKING are within walking distance.Unfortunately, the wifi in the room was intermittent, making it unsuitable for web meetings.Rooms along the road are noisy. Motorcycles and cars with modified mufflers come and go frequently, and people who are sensitive to sound will be disturbed by the constant noise.Other than that, the towels are smelly. Please use fabric softener → This is a request to the hotel.Also, the attached convenience store and Balinese massage are the worst! Even if you go there during opening hours, it's always closed, and if you complain to the front desk, they'll open it! Even though there are 60, 90, and 120 minute massage courses, the staff who seemed unmotivated said that they only accept 60 minutes, so I wondered if I would come again! I said and came out. I will never go there again.

at first i got the parking lot as a view from the window and i was disappointed because today is my birthday and i wanted a lake view as described in agoda. i contacted them via agoda because i'm an introvert so don't talk well with people 😞 but i didn't get a response for a while so i decided to go down to talk to the receptionist about it. they handled it very well and i only had to wait about an hour to get a new room

There is no WiFi connection in the rooms. It has a bad reputation among drivers because parking spaces are limited and even long-term residents cannot park in the parking lot when there are many customers at the restaurant. In addition, the WiFi signal is good only in the lobby, which is friendly only to employees.
