I came on Saturday at 11 and 12 noon, but the receptionist was not there. 1pm came again, only the hotel cleaner was there who finally gave me the key. He said that if it was a holiday, the receptionist wouldn't come in. Luckily at night, the officers finally came so we could actually register.When I arrived, the receptionist room was a mess, because the janitor said a dog had come in and was messing around. Sorry...dog?? In a sharia hotel? π°Where are the officers so that animals can come in and get random? π©I got a promotional price from Agoda. If you just look at the photo, it doesn't look like there is a problem. But when I arrived I saw:1. The hallway connecting the rooms is dark,2. The bathroom door has a hole at the bottom,3. Dirty, mossy bathroom and dirty toilet hole π4. The bedroom cupboard door was damaged and dislodged5. Until 10 pm, loud music was played by the receptionist.With very cheap prices, maybe it's true that you don't need to have good expectations, but I'd rather pay more to get better facilities. Unfortunately on the Agoda application, all the rooms are said to be full. Even though the guest seems to be the only one πIn the end, I only stayed there one night & immediately left in the morning to look for another hotel.I didn't include the photo because I myself hate taking photos (especially of the bathroom) ππ»Please improve from the hotel management ππ»

My personal note is that it only needs a little improvement in the closet, it wastes water because it takes several buckets to water until it is really clean after we defecate ππ»
