I’ve worked on countless hotel projects, rated from 3-5 stars. Several retrofitted buildings converted into budget hotel, 2-8 floors. Though I’m not the architect nor the interior designer, I’m aware of things this place misses. Then here’s my review:Cons:-Large yet poorly maintained room. My feet filled with dust just after I entered the room, stained wall, used cigarettes on drawers.-Confusing room-bathroom placement and design. U-Shape active area with lot of dead space.-Lack of amenities. Only one small circle opened soap. No bathroom mat.-Very bad toilet. 1.5x2.5 m2 bathroom with dirty closet, bathtub, & bucket. Very small rate of water.-Large toilets area on every floor.-No trash can inside. You’ll have to go through this large room and go outside to throw any trash you have.Pros:-Good location-Daily-Monthly rent packages available-Nice staffsI knew this hotel is laboratory for vocational school next to it. The school also might not responsible for the building weird design. But as a school laboratory they can evaluate the things missing and try to fix it. They can compete with those online chain hotel providers (oyo, RedDoorz, etc) if they’re willing to improve. But clearly on the different league with international hotel chain.The 3 stars on the building logo outside is confusing and the letters are hard to read.
