Don't book via the application because they won't accept it. The owner has asked OYO to take it down but it hasn't been processed yet. They can be ordered only via reddoors. The receptionist is old so it's understandable if she eats a little when checking in. The room is neat clean and very quiet.

I booked via booking.com and that night when I arrived at the hotel I couldn't check in because I was no longer collaborating with OYO, the receptionist was a young man who, if asked, was short of breath.I don't know if this is a marketing strategy or what because if you look at the first letter to OYO, it was several years ago, I have complained to OYO but there has been no response to the last email.If this is a strategy/fraud, I will sue you in the fairest court, not a nominal matter but a service method that perhaps dozens of customers have experienced like what I experienced yesterday (04-10-2024).The facilities and rooms are quite worrying (offline prices) compared to the standards of other accommodation because in the end the same friend still took another room there because it was too late.This is user feedback and the hotel management should have made improvements long ago because this kind of feedback has happened many times so I just assume this is a LEGAL marketing strategy!
