Fraudulent homestay..!! at a price of 185 thousand/night with a picture of a nice room when I got there I was given a super dirty room and the toilet had lots of cockroaches, the mattress was small with only 1 bed and the sheets had red spots rich in blood... very annoyed with this homestay... it's better not to be fooled by the picture in advertising or even on TikTok!!

Very disappointed. the manager cannot be contacted. Orders via the system application can be checked in at 02.00 WIT. From the airport at 1 am until the location has closed, check in is only until 10 pm. Cannot refund or reschedule. Photos and places do not match. In the promo application the price does not match the homestay promo price.

My advice to the owner of Labuana Homestay, you just need to develop the cafe and restaurant, you won't be able to focus if you build more property areas such as home stays. Why?1. Access to the home stay (because it is one building and one access to the cafe) must be locked and padlocked by the staff, you have to open and close it, so it's like being imprisoned.2. There were no directions as to where the stairs to the homestay room were, so we had to stray to the cafe on the 2nd floor first, then we went back down looking for the stairs at the far right which again had no directions.3. In the room there should be air circulation, but apparently there wasn't, instead there were lots of mosquitoes in the room, that night I asked for mosquito repellent, he was given air freshener, it was hilarious. As a result, I only slept for about 2-3 hours due to mosquito disturbances.4. In the morning I wanted to ask for hot water to make a hot drink, the guard said the kitchen only opened at 10. He didn't take the initiative to provide it.Just 4 reasons for now.This place is HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED. Sorry if the owner is disappointed reading this article.

The rooms are not clean, the walls and cupboards are dirty, lots of mosquitoes, the network is difficult and there is no WiFi. The mattress was also dirty, lots of dead mosquitoes.
