I'm 4 days into training. Unfortunately the food menu is less varied. The rice is also not cooked enough, it's a bit hard. Fruit ice, yes, watermelon, papaya, melon. I think service needs to be improved to better satisfy hotel guests.

It's really very disappointing. Service that is far from standard. I just left this hotel with my fellow training participants from various regions in South Sulawesi. This hotel traps you by giving fines. Lack of visitors ultimately makes a profit by slandering customers. The chronology is "at the start of registration, I wanted to check in, I asked for a room that was free for smoking, but because I was busy with the other participants taking care of training preparations, as a result I was given an air-conditioned room, friends came from another room smoking, we were both smoking. Nothing happened, there was no property which was damaged, there was no warning detector. Well, we just relaxed. A few days later after completing the training, we all checked out and were detained with photo evidence of the cigarette butts on the glass It was already there when we checked in. This means that a previous customer had used the room before we checked in. The receptionist said to me. For ± 4 days, the sheets had never been replaced with stains like that with the hotel to convey to the participants if there were things like this, but in fact the organizers were hands off, many of the participants complained about the food menu, which was sometimes not enough even though they had paid for it, sometimes the rice was not cooked but was served. It's really disappointing. Especially the reception service, manager and security. There are lots of things that shouldn't happen. My message is "Service is number one, right", for others before checking in, it's better to communicate in as much detail as possible so you don't become the next victim. For training and accommodation, it's better to look for another hotel. W Three Premier is not recommended. Thank You.
