@12/07/2024Accommodation priced in the hundreds including breakfast. Located in the neighborhood of an ancient site. It is a small accommodation. There are not many rooms. The appearance is a knock-down house, suitable size for 2 people, clean, no musty smell.Inside the room there is a rather large bed. The mattress was not hard and cracked. There was a TV, air conditioner, refrigerator, clothes rack, and dining table size for 2 people.The bathroom is medium sized. There is a water heater. There is no separation of wet-dry zones. There are clothes hangers and shelves for toiletries.The property has bicycles available to borrow for sightseeing.The neighborhood is not far from cycling. Or you can drive there. There will be markets, restaurants, and convenience stores. It's not difficult to find something to eat.

The owner and his wife are very kind and friendly.Breakfast is a very satisfying meal, including Thai home-cooked meals, toast, coffee, and tea.It is close to Wat Sri Chum, and you can cycle to Wat Mahathat in less than 10 minutes with free bicycle use. All roads are easy for bicycles and are all flat.I stayed 3 nights and will stay here when I come back to Sukhothai. The owner and his wife are really nice. He just has a good personality. On rainy evenings, they provided free pick-up and delivery to the restaurant, and on check-out day, they took us to the bus stop. We do that to everyone. There is so much to praise. I really recommend it. (However, it may be inconvenient if you cannot ride a bicycle)

Perfect experience! I came to Sukhothai by chance 7 years ago and met the boss and his wife! Returning to our old place after 7 years made us feel like we were home. A really kind friend. The bed is comfortable and the breakfast is delicious. Communicate with the boss in advance and he will pick you up from Sukhothai Airport. There are also bicycles here, you can ride around the national park for free, and you can go see the sunrise Buddha statue in the morning.We have perfect memories here.

Swen and is wife are just incredible host ! We feeld at home since the pick-up to the drop off, they make everything for you. You can use their own bicycle for free, the breakfast was so nice ...Thanks for everything Sam and Sophia !

It takes more than 15 minutes to walk to Sukhothai Historical Park.However, if you use the bicycle provided at the accommodation, you can tour the historical park anywhere.The owner couple is very friendly and prepares breakfast with care. It tastes good too.I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to enjoy Sukhothai leisurely while taking a walk!Another advantage is that you can use free pick-up or drop-off service from Sukhothai Terminal to your accommodation.ah! The owner sells fish cakes and fried quail eggs at the night market, and they are delicious.

Exceptional hosts, basic but comfortable chalets with great air-conditioning and hot shower. Free bikes for the short ride into the old town. Close to the temples yet in peaceful countryside.

Best place to stay at Sukhothai old town. Really close to the center.There is free bike to take and ride around the old town.The host is the best, no joke he is amazing and his family cooks really really well and we all ate together around a big table. He also took us to a religious ceremony with his family which was an amazing experience with local people.Great ambiance and nice little chalet. I have nothing bad to say on this one.

Very close to the historical park.The owner is kind and friendly and provides us with information.The accommodation comes with free bicycles. It only takes 2-3 minutes to reach Sukhothai Historical Park. Free breakfast. The only criticism is that the mattress is hard. The bed makes a loud noise when turning. It makes sleeping uncomfortable.
