Clean hotel. Breakfast is delicious although monotonous. Good service. Close to the mall, Mi Titi, souvenirs from Mrs. Elly. There is a soul promise. And a minimarket next door.

The first day I got room 305, the sink faucet was dead. Why don't you check first if the room isn't ready to move in?Finally moved rooms.I ordered for 5 nights with my parents. Misscom, it turns out the in-laws' room doesn't include breakfast. OK, we pay the receptionist. Initially the information from the receptionist was 40,000/room. We paid 50,000, and the rest was deliberately not taken until the next day.On the day of breakfast, it turned out to be 40,000/person. And the waiter had a bad attitude, my parents reprimanded him while he was having breakfast. Well, it's the receptionist's fault, how come the guests are affected? It's really annoying that there's no coordination between them. After I asked the receptionist, he just said. "Yes, sorry ma'am, I'm still new here."It should be the receptionist's fault.It turns out that the cheap price is worth the poor service. Initially it was okay at this hotel, but because of the service like this, the rate was just 1 star. Oh yes, another annoying thing, when ordering a massage, the price was listed at 175,000. After the therapist arrived at the room, the price was immediately increased to 400,000. It's crazy.Immediately canceled by my in-laws, but the therapist was still screaming like crazy.After making a fuss in the room, the hotel staff came and asked the therapist to leave. Plsss, this isn't great. Hospitality prioritizes service, but this is actually disappointing. Very disappointing. Please evaluate the employees.

There were Balinese jogger pants left in room 208 but after confirming via telephone they said they weren't there...I only realized I missed it when I had CO and was on my way back to Sengkang Wajo..Staff is not honest

Stayed 3 days here in room 312.(+) The breakfast menu doesn't have much variety, but the taste of the food is delicious and fits the tongue.(+) Room cleanliness is maintained, hot water for bathing is available.(-) It's just that the towels are dull, after 3 days of changing them, there's not much difference
