One of the most comfortable low budget hotels in Makassar! Staying here for 3 days is very peaceful, I think🤗 All the staff are friendly, Circle-K is 24 hours for coffee/breakfast, the mattress is soft and clean, the toilet is very spacious, the AC is really cold, it's genuine. NO MINUS is this hotel... cheap but not cheap!

I stayed here several times before changing the name to Monoloog with cheaper prices than now. But even though it used to be cheaper, the service was better than now.It's been a long time since I stayed here, when I did I was disappointed. amenities are incomplete when entering the room. there was no doormat (when asked they were told it wasn't ready), only one towel, no room tissue provided (only bathroom tissue), the soap and shampoo that were said to be in the bathroom were out of stock and not refilled even though they were cleaned every day (don't know what happened carried out by the staff), there is no AC remote, and most importantly THERE IS NO TELEPHONE IN THE ROOM. WhatsApp is provided for communication but the response is very slow, my chat was answered 3 hours later, which made me have to go down to the reception every time there was a problem. Oh yes, yesterday the AC leaked and continued to leak before finally reporting it to the receptionist (seriously, what is this officer who cleans his workroom doing?)Honestly, I was really disappointed to stay here. The price increase should be accompanied by better service and quality because at the current prices, there are still many other budget hotels that are more worth it. that's all.

Wow, it's really helpful to stay here.Clean rooms, clean fragrant linen, cold AC, according to request min on the top floor...Oh, the shower is a bit slow, so you have to be patient when showering.Complete equipment, starting from sandals, soap, toothpaste, clean towels.There are dispensers available on every floor.The check in and out process is easy, fast and the deposit key is 50 thousand..There is a minimarket below..To get to the lobby, take the elevator and press 2nd floorThe lobby is cool and cool, guys...Will stay here again when transiting Makassar...

This is a budget hotel so you get what you pay.Location near Ratu Indah Mall. Hot water is smooth, mattress is soft. Drinking water is provided in the hallway so just bring an empty jug or bottle to fill. There is a hairdryer in the room, which is a plus.

I went out for breakfast then came back to see the room was open and the staff was ready to clean the room, what kind of hotel is this? There was no privacy, the staff had taken the towels and I was forced not to shower!!! For the same price, it's better to choose the Khass or Whizeprime hotel, no need here.
