Staying overnight for 3 days, if there is a small complaint, the guard immediately responds well, the guard is also friendly and immediately moves if there is input. Always successful, I will come here again if I want to bring my family to spend the night in a hotel.

I already had a down payment of 80%, and the manager guaranteed that I would get a room at H, but just 1 day before I was told the room was full, when I checked it turned out it was given to someone else... the manager was also not friendly!!! Don't come here

Be careful. Suggestions, if you want to book here, make sure you note down from what date to what date something like me will happen, yesterday I booked a month before the day but the manager didn't give me proof of booking, he just said "don't worry because the room is routinely checked so later today "H will get a room" but I still asked for proof because I was afraid I had paid a lot of money, but on the day of H I was asked for proof, there wasn't any, but the manager didn't want to give it, so I just recorded it secretly as proof later, so on the 7th day I called the manager. he reminded me that if I'm going there in 7 days, please provide a room. He said "okay, don't worry" but on the day of the event, I got a call early in the morning and said there were no empty rooms, so he said he would give me a refund, so I said yes, I waited until the next day or not. He gave me back my money, he just made promises, he said be patient, I'll change the date, but in fact he didn't change it, I asked for his boss's number, he didn't want to, he even threatened me that he would use magic on me :( After about 12 days of drama, the money wasn't returned. Finally I looked for the boss's number to threaten the manager so that he would return my money. When he threatened me, he used the boss's number and then returned all my money. The point is, just be careful if you want to book here, the management is not trustworthy
