Lost my phone!! The housekeeper kept quiet and didn't bring it to inform the dance staff immediately. Until 2 days had passed, the housekeeper slowly brought it to the dance staff, claiming that she had forgotten. Not enough, the dance staff took the mobile phone and took it home. Claimed to take it to charge the battery. Because I don't use an iPhone, which by law is prohibited from moving things or taking it back to another place, when I checked with the Find my phone app, I found out where the phone was. The location was located in the Don Mueang area. When I pressed to report Lost Mode, in the morning I called back to the hotel as usual, very confused. And they didn't contact us with anything, so the number we gave them was because it appeared on the phone screen in the case of pressing Lost Mode. Is this the intention of the person who wanted to return the item?? If it's something else that can't be tracked by GPS, I can tell you that if it's lost, there's absolutely no way to get it back!! The intention is to be very mischievous. Claiming everything, everything is not safe at all!!!!! Whoever comes to stay, be careful. There is no security system, no Lost & Found system, cannot trust the hotel again. The employees all know. It's very bad. I've just encountered a hotel like this that forgets the customer, forgets to return it, and even takes it home. Normally, as soon as you check out, the hotel has to call the cleaning staff to check the room immediately. But this one is no. As soon as you return the key card, you can leave!!! 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

The room is spacious, a bit old but clean. Sleep comfortably. The room is quiet with no noise from other rooms disturbing you. Easy to travel, next to BTS

The room os actually spacious however it’s not that clean like toilet and even the floors i can definitely feel that it’s dirty because there’s no slippers available

700 baht per night, six hundred baht, deposit 300 baht, get 2 cards for entering and exiting. The floor was dry with dust and hair. The housekeeper doesn't clean the house, sweeps the house, and mops, so there's only goat hair. The wooden furniture smells authentic. Walking in, the musty smell was overwhelming. Old luxury accommodation Everything is old. There has been no renovation of the room at all. The color is dark and the door has a key card. One shelf of drawers is missing. The elevator is cramped. It's full for two people. Don't say it's spilled. Don't sleep next to the road because of the noise of motorcycles. I find that there are many parking spaces near the community. The room has a sink. What should I say first? When I got to sleep, I was still there. Good thing the air conditioner is old but cool. The TV is too far away. The room was wide and crowded with people. Difficult to get up and down, use a card to get in and out, lift a little, when looking at the head, just stick to the stick. Pay by scanning and sending the slip in LINE I don't think the internet is strong.

Old room, expensive, not worth the price. After 10 p.m., there is no service. Turn off the lights and it's dark like an abandoned hotel. Book online after 10 p.m. and don't let them check in. Have to pay again. Then go and do the refund yourself online. The price is several hundred higher than online. It's too real. Having the security guard come and sell the room himself, there is no receipt. Bad manners. It is recommended that if the service is not ready, the hotel should be closed.

This is quite a run down property. It is just a place to sleep. Do not put your expectations too high. The location is quite good though, very close to the BTS.

The room space is spacious, but it's old and very dilapidated. The closet doesn't dare close at all. It's going to fall down already. I'd like to add tissue paper as well. There was only one roll in the bathroom. The parking lot is narrow and difficult to get in and out. This television has only one channel. Previously convex screen type

A real and complete scam. Pictures talk.. AVOID AT ANY COST !When I arrived at this hotel, not a single employee could speak at least one word of English. Then, after having paid the whole reservation of 26 nights I discovered a very dirty room (u will notice on the pictures) and discovered as well that I was not the only host of my bedroom (cockroaches see pictures). I have been obliged to quit this hotel after only two days. The direction of the hotel confirmed me by mail that they would reimburse the remaining nights. Two months later after the worst experience of my life, I am still waiting this reimbursements despite all my actions with the hotel directly and with the "Booking" cust service that so far provided me NO VALUABLE HELP.

At 10 p.m., there was a problem with the key card not being able to enter the room. And there are no employees at the hotel!!! Security guard, please call. But I received a call telling me to fix the situation, etc. first, which is??? Finally got the key that unlocked the room. which can unlock the room even if locked from the inside What is customer safety? You don't come to make the customer not give enough....come to be annoyed at the customer again. And blame it on the customer's fault??

Spacious room, okay The furniture is quite old. There are some scratches or stains, but not many. Overall it's quite clean. Near the BTS station, very convenient to travel. The price of the room compared to the convenience is considered okay. Deducting two stars only because in the room where we stayed, the water in the sink drained very slowly and would like to get rid of traces on the furniture more cleanly.
