It was a very clean room.It's one street away from the main street, so it's very quiet at night.The owner can speak Japanese (and English, of course), so it may be a good accommodation for those who are unsure about language.

Good accommodation, clean, lots of plug points, 5 points, has a hair dryer. The owner takes good care of him, gives very good recommendations. There is parking for about 3 cars. Very good location, near Sukhothai Historical Park, near the market, near 7/11, can walk around.

We were very pleased with our stay at this establishment. It is evident that the proprietor takes great pride in the details of the operation. The accommodations were comfortable and the shower was excellent. However, what truly distinguished this establishment was theexceptional service provided by the owners.

I'll give 10 stars if possible. A simple accommodation which is spotlessly clean and strategically located. The Central Zone of Sukhothai Historical Park, Ramkhamhaeng Museum, 7-11, restaurants, Amazon Cafe, and bus stops are all only a short walk from the hotel. I paid separately for a breakfast package (around 140/150 THB) and I didn't regret it. The owner cooked the breakfast herself and that was totally good! The owner and her family are all friendly and helpful. She helped me booking a tuk-tuk for me hunting sunrise and also a car to Phitsanulok train station. The price quoted is reasonable and the service is also excellent and honest. I highly recommend this place and just contact the owner if you need extra services (e.g. breakfast, tuk-tuk or taxi service). Just writing this review makes me wanting to come back to Sukhothai and staying at this place again!

Excellent b&b in the old city, we stayed two nights, managed by the owners who live there, convenient for all travel on foot or by bike to visit the entire archaeological park which can be rented in the b&b next door for 30 baht per day

If you are going to a historical park, there is no other choice than this hotel. That's how good it is.It is 100 meters from a convenience store and next to the historical park.The owner is very polite and fresh.The room is also very clean. It's much more beautiful than the photo on the reservation site.

Very central location for walking around and going out for dinner. In the B&b next door they rent bikes for 30 bht per day. This is a family-run B & b with the very kind lady who also booked us the bus to Chang Mai. The only flaw is the air conditioning that points at you but I would stay there again

Small accommodation, very close to Sukhothai Historical Park. In the morning, you can walk to give alms at Wat Traphang Thong. There are 4 rooms, very clean, the owners are hospitable and attentive. There is a separate room for eating. There is coffee, toast, jam, and plates and glasses that are Sukhothai chinaware.

Semi-homestay accommodation Very good location, can walk to Wat Thapang Thong to give alms in the morning. Or you can walk and rent a bicycle to ride around the historical park. It's also very convenient. The rooms are clean and fragrant. The owner is kind. I recommend it.👍😊

It was great that the owner welcomed me with a smile, and the electric pot, slippers, TV, and hair dryer were all well installed in the room, and overall it was clean and nice.

Simple, clean and very welcoming. We enjoyed 2 nights here whilst traveling through the area. Great location as all the basics are nearby. The breakfast (paid for separately 140 bht per person) was excellent- a huge range of dishes to try. Our favourite was a sticky rice.

It awesome and great service. I participated in the 1st Sukhothai Marathon. When I back to my room the owner prepare ice basket to heal my wound for me, such a kind and the location is also good, it right behind the museum and walkable to the Historical Park. Definitely worth to stay here.
