Villa Lagoon is not as described, it is a lot better! We lived our best life here. Everything was better than expected and we fully enjoyed the wonderful spaces, the incredible pool, the atmosphere, the quietness and the privacy of the villa. Moreover the Villa Manager, Putu, was incredibly helpful in every situation and provided us the best services as quick as he can and at every time of the day. We enjoyed breakfast by chef and by staff, massages, transfers, tours and experiences. It's impossible to ask for more.Villa Lagoon is not as described, it is much better! We had some of the best days ever here. Everything exceeded expectations and we fully enjoyed the wonderful spaces, the incredible pool, the atmosphere, the quiet and the privacy of the villa. Plus the villa manager, Putu, was incredibly helpful in every situation and got us the best services as quickly as he could and at any time of the day. We enjoyed the breakfast in the villa both prepared by the chef and the staff, the massages, transfers, tours and some activities.It is impossible to ask for more.

As soon as we arrived at the door, there was a waiter waiting to welcome us and help us with our luggage, which was very nice 👍... The place is large and private, and the swimming pool is also very beautiful 👍... The decoration inside is also beautiful, the room is clean and tidy, the bathroom is large... it's just a shower water if When everyone uses water together at the same time, it will be a little smaller... but I can accept it... I should pay attention to the electrical appliances I bring with me, such as a hair dryer. I will call the staff to check the electrical box after the power tripped twice after using it. .Except there are a lot of insects, everything else is pretty good...The swimming pool faces the nature and you can see the sunset...It's more troublesome to find food or restaurants unless you have a motorcycle or go outside...Be careful when you go out and walk. There are a lot of wild dogs outside...

The villa is old and tired and needs renovation. There is NO air conditioning in the living room! Why? It's very hot because of this. How can you build a villa without air conditioning? The bedrooms and bathrooms are damp - no ventilation
