The rates are OK, the location is in Mappanyukki near the Steak Waroeng and Mari Mall. The only downside is that parking is limited, especially when there's a wedding event

The plan was to stay at the PESONNA hotel but it turned out it had changed its name. Typical of Makassar. And it's not bad, you can get a satisfying atmosphere and service.

The water is cloudy, the shower is splashing everywhere, the cold water tap remains hot, the towels are not changed daily, the breakfast is simple, there is no egg station. Just a strategic location

Staying 3 nights at this hotel, maybe there are several things that need to be improved, the towels need to be replaced with new ones, the variety of breakfast menu needs to be increased, if there is a menu that has run out, it can be refilled immediately (especially when there are many people staying). The employees are friendly and responsive, but greetings need to be made with a unique gimmick so that the distinctive name can be truly represented.

The only downside is that the sheets and towels should be replaced because they are full of stains and yellowish but they are still being used.The rest is fine

Stayed on October 2023, Deluxe room city viewPros :- Priceworthy- Strategic location, indomaret is next to the hotel, Mall Ratu Indah in walking distance- Room is comfy, spacious and clean- AC working well, lighting is enough to take some good rest- Hotel staffs are friendly and polite- There is a prayer mat provided in the room for muslims to use- Essential amenities provided (no hairdryer), towels are clean- The rain shower and hot water running smoothly- Water bottles are provided and refilled daily, there is no minibar fridge- Soundproof is okay, not too noisy from outside, just heard the echo of people talking from the corridor sometimesCons :- Breakfast has a good concept by introducing local food, but the taste could be much improved- The room is lack of electrical outlet, there is one plug for the kettle, one available plug in the working table, and no one in the bedside nightstand. As I should keep my phone charged near me, I should unplug one of the nightlamp to charge my phone- There were ants on my foods that I put on the working table overnight. It came from the small hole near the window. This should be a concern for improvement.
