This is the first time I've stayed in a hotel, it's so scary that I was disturbed by hotel residents who at first I was just lying down and relaxing, suddenly something fell in the bathroom but I didn't know what it was because of the position I was in. I was already scared and at that time I was alone because I was waiting for my friend. and my friend said that the hotel rarely uses the 4th floor and yesterday I stayed on the 4th floor

Please improve the receptionist service section. When you speak, please use polite language, especially the one called INDAH. Please maintain your attitude and manners when talking and interacting with hotel guests. If you don't have an attitude, don't put it in the receptionist section, it can make the hotel's image bad and ugly, even though I am all I've been a regular at this hotel for months but I was a bit disappointed with the receptionist who was so bad. Message to the manager please fix this sir, this is just my suggestion as a hotel guest, thank you ๐๐ป๐๐ป

The room is quite spacious, the AC is cold, the wife is not running smoothly, the hot water is ok, close to the mall, maybe you can spray baygon once, because there are 1 to 3 mosquitoes flying here and there. Cleanliness is ok, only bar soap is provided for bathing, there is no liquid one, while the bar type makes the skin a bit dry, it would be nice to provide liquid one so you can use shampoo too. Thank You

Room cleaning service is very slow. I was told to wait an hour but it didn't work out either. After waiting an hour I was told to wait another hour. The receptionist is very irresponsible.Please reconsider if you want to check-in at the hotel.
