Excellent structure with accommodation all on the ground floor and overlooking a beautiful garden with swimming pool, large rooms equipped with all comforts, Wi-Fi, fridge and air conditioning. Possibility of lunch and dinner in the structure, ample free parking. Friendly and helpful staff. Advised!

The hotel is in the heart of the city, so it's very comfortable. The interior of the room is decorated with intention, very beautiful, and the fried rice breakfast is excellent.The hotel owner is very friendly and cute. Moreover, spaghetti food has a very rich flavor.

It was the first family trip to Sukhothai. But very disappointing with the accommodation.The resort allows check-in to begin at 2 p.m., but we arrived at around 3 p.m. The resort informed us that the rooms were not ready yet. We had reserved 3 rooms and were only able to enter 1 room. Everyone had to gather in one room to wait for the other 2 rooms. Our family includes the elderly and children. We planned to travel and checked in a little late. But the resort's rooms are not ready yet. By the time we had all the rooms, it was around 4:00 p.m. The rooms are spacious. But the bathroom needs to be improved, the water pipe has a bad smell. The shower curtain has a musty smell. The water heater doesn't work. And surprisingly, none of the 3 rooms can be used. There is 1 room. The water in the bathroom doesn't drain, causing the shower water to flow back over the door, flooding the towel at the entrance to the bathroom.In the evening we sat and talked as a family in a closed room. We had a few drinks because in the morning we had to part ways with our families. The owner of the resort knocked on the door and told us not to stay late. To which we asked back if we were talking loudly. Is our voice loud outside?He replied that it was not loud, that no sound came out. He said he was afraid of disturbing the guests. which we have asked again and again Does it make a sound? He said no, but don't be late. He opened the door and saw that there were elderly people and children who we were sitting and talking to in our area. Which made us very disappointed with the service of the resort. The staff are not friendly. Breakfast is small with only a few things to choose from. Overall, not impressed at all, very disappointed, and if I travel again, I probably won't go back to stay here again. Because looking at the overall picture, this place probably wants to welcome only foreign tourists.

Come stay here for the second time. Delicious breakfast, good service, very beautifully decorated, big bed, very soft, a little too soft for us. There are both large and small pillows to choose from, comfortable sofas, cool air conditioning, two bottles of drinking water, tea and coffee bags, and an electric kettle. The bathroom has a shower, hair dryer, and clothes hangers.Outside there is a small swimming pool. The accommodation room has a view of the swimming pool.Near 7-11, walk across the bridge to a pedestrian street.It's not too far to drive to Tha Nam Market to welcome His Majesty.Sufficient parking with a roof.

Decent place for the money with a comfy room but the place is pretty dated and could use a face lift. The pool looks nice but wasn't very clean or maintained. But for the price it was decent.
