I booked a double room for 4 nights at villa Sanur1, payed in advance via booking. I was unable to arrive in the first day and the next morning they cancelled my booking without any message, any explanation, nothing, even if I announced them via booking that I will arrive in the second day - they did not answered to my message at all.Once I arrived there, they told me the hotel is fully booked and they don’t have my prepaid room anymore because I didn’t show up in the first day.I had to book another hotel, to pay another taxi to take me 15 km away to the next available hotel and they didn’t want to refund the money, even if they already took money from someone else as well, since my room was already occupied.Their attitude was terrible, customer service was basically inexistent and their policy is extremely unfair towards clients. I advise you not to book with them, all the other accommodations I had in Indonesia very very friendly and helpful, they are by far, the worst!

Hahaha, I made a reservation more than two months in advance for a trip from overseas, and the hotel canceled the reservation right before the reservation. This is not good!

Good, clean, close to the Sanur area, if you want to go to the Denpasar area, you want to stay here again 😍 recommendedEverything functions normally, the AC and hot water function well, the point is that the price is affordable but good and recommendedIncidentally, the room on the lower floor directly views the swimming pool which is clean too
