Comfortable boarding house in Denpasar. The room is just about enough for 1-2 person. Ac, wifi, hot water, etc are included. Ample parking space for motorcycles. Quiet neighborhood.

The appearance of the boarding house is quite aesthetic, living here can feel more of a Balinese feel;The atmosphere is quite calm, cool, comfortable, around the boarding house is not too crowded, the air is still quite fresh, you can still see natural views;The location of the boarding house is a little bit inward, but a little way out is the main road, it can also go everywhere, around the boarding house there are stalls (food, coffee, basic necessities), laundry, cafe, etc.;For those who want to stay for a long time, with more outside activities, it is recommended to bring a private vehicle or rent one, because it is quite far from Alfamart/Indomaret, transportation centers such as Trans Dewata stops, terminals, the point is that it is also convenient if you want to go anywhere, as for online taxis/ojeks there is no problem because the boarding house is still easy to find;The boarding rooms consist of the 1st & 2nd floors, there are 8 rooms in each, the room contents are more or less the same, namely double bed, pillows, bolsters, cupboard+large mirror, dressing table+glass, chairs, drawers, towel rack, TV, AC, sliding doors also function as lighting and circulation (if opened for air circulation you can only rely on the AC and open the door), internal toilet with sink, sitting toilet, water heater, while for corner rooms there is an additional window;Public facilities include kitchen, refrigerator, open living room, seating + relaxing table, hand washing place, plant view, clothesline, CCTV, overall security is okayThe service is quite friendly, both the owner and the boarding house keeper, because you also live in the boarding house, so if you need to just drop by or WA, one of the plus points is that the owner provides a free cleaning service once a week, for those who want to change + spray wash, you can go through the boarding house for a fee. 10k, overall informativeThe price as of June 2023 is still 1.6 million excluding electricity (because of each token), overall it is worth it for the facilities and services you get at boarding class classes in urban areas

I lived here for 1.5 years. This guest house/boarding house is among the cheapest in its class compared to the facilities available. The guards are friendly, the house owner is also very accommodating to the tenants' needs (as long as they are reasonable). The water pressure is very satisfying, the water flows smoothly. If you're in Denpasar, just board here 🙏😁
