A nice complex of villas within walking distance (100 meters from the doorstep) from the sea. It has its own passage to the sea, however, at the end of it you will have to go through the market, where you will constantly be invited to buy something. You will come out to the embankment in a very convenient place - there will immediately be a large selection of cute restaurants. There are no problems at all with restaurants in this location. There are plenty of them both on the shore and on the street that runs parallel to the shore, and the villas are located between the shore and this street. The villa had its own kitchen, but usually we preferred to go ashore and have breakfast in the shade of large trees with the sound of the surf. The villa complex itself is nice, with cozy streets and passages. The reception is nearby, the staff is responsive and friendly. There are no complaints about the service and cleaning. It is worth noting that all villas in this complex are different. Dimensions, layout, interior and furniture are different for each villa. There are newly renovated villas, and there are older ones, but it seems like everyone has their own private pool of decent size. Therefore, when choosing your holiday destination, be sure to choose the villa that is right for you. We stayed in Villa B. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, three showers (one of them is outside), a roof terrace and a very large kitchen and dining room, where it was very convenient to gather with the whole company. Naturally, there was also a swimming pool. Well maintained. Freshly renovated and very beautiful solid teak furniture in the bedrooms. Among the shortcomings, it can be noted that sometimes music could be heard from the street, from cafes, but by the time we were getting ready to sleep, everything had already died down. Yes, and just during our trip, a large mall ICON BALI opened very close by. There are many shops, restaurants, as well as a large grocery supermarket, so there are no problems with buying groceries for a snack in the villa or for cooking something.

It is a great villa near the sea, you can comfortably go to the beach and to nearby restaraunts. The staff is great and friendly, they do their job well. The villa itself is spacious, the rooms will stay cool even in hot weather thanks to conditioning. I certainly recommend it to you when travelling to Bali

On the day of arrival it started with a broken pool.We were told someone had been wearing sunscreen, which is why the water was so milky. That would be gone in a few hours.Since we were supposed to pay for it, we asked for a new room with a usable pool.In the end the pool was defective.And was completely emptied and cleaned.So much for sunscreen in the pool!!!As an alternative, we moved into another and larger villa for 2 nights; During this time the pool was repaired.Although the service was friendly, everything was extremely complicated. We had to request everything: e.g. loungers, pool towels, moving to another villa, keys…And every question you asked made you feel annoying!Unfortunately I didn't feel comfortable with this attitude!On the first night we also had a small snake in the bathroom. But the friendly security staff and a friend were able to help us quickly. Thank you 🙏🏼It seems like the hotel is currently undergoing a lot of renovations.Ie construction noise and lots of people on the roof.In addition, some of the adjacent buildings are higher and have a view of the no longer so private villa with its own pool.The beds were very comfortable.The bathroom spacious.The water pressure is almost non-existent.It could certainly be cleaned more thoroughly.At night we had many animal visitors. We saw some: 🦇Some left us leftover food, gnawed packaging and feces.A mosquito net would have been great because of the many mosquitoes.The location was good.It's only a few minutes to the beach through a back gate.However, the path is a bit strange and you are besieged by many sellers.Many restaurants and shops (always the same) are within walking distance.We could also hear the music from the neighboring bars. But we didn't think it was too bad. Oropax! :)

The villa is huge with a good size private pool, so you don't have to leave your villa, as it has its own kitchen and cooking facilities if you wish too.Rooms are kept clean and serviced each day.You need to get here quick because just down the road there is a megalithic hotel being built that will ruin the area.

I really liked the location - it’s convenient and quick access to the beach and embankment through a gate from the complex. A huge number of restaurants and cafes around! What a pleasure it is to have delicious breakfast while sitting comfortably on the shore and looking at the sea!The villas are huge - there is a lot of space inside, air conditioners are located correctly - they do not blow on the bed, comfortable mattresses and picturesque territory of the villas inside. Good sized pool, very decent kitchen with large refrigerator. The staff is friendly, which is why I gave it a 5, although the cleaning service is a 4. But all requests are fulfilled very quickly!
