This villa really surprised us. It was very reasonably priced and excellent service. Good value for money and whilst next to a main road, very quiet and private. Recommend

Here we were in Sanur, where the pensioners are. The hotel is close to the beach, go out once and then left twice. Rooms are large and quiet, we didn't book a villa at short notice. Our room had a jacuzzi. The price is rather higher.

I stayed on the weekend for 1 night with my wife and 2 children. Amazing service. When I parked, security immediately picked me up and helped me carry my things. The staff are all friendly and very helpful. The suite is spacious, there is a bathtub, shower, and there is a terrace with a jacuzzi. In the evening I ordered pizza and it was delicious, only the village fried rice was a bit salty. There are many choices for breakfast, you can eat by the pool or take it to your room and what's cool is that children under 6 years old get a free breakfast. The jacuzzi in the room initially had problems, but the hotel's response was very fast and within 10 minutes, everything was back to normal. Overall worth it.

+ : - The staff is very friendly and helpful- Rooms are quite spacious, cleanliness needs to be improved- Nice swimming pool.- Hotel location is strategic, close to the beach, restaurants and supermarkets.- There is a Jacuzzi with hot water.- : At the front of the hotel there is a Vietnamese restaurant which is quite busy, during peak hours customers in the restaurant eat and drink in the swimming pool area so there is not enough privacy for guests who want to swim.Access to the rooms/villas must pass through the restaurant, making guests going in and out feel uncomfortable.- The room is a little damp and a little old.- Noise from the restaurant

One word. Paradise. From the moment you walk in till you leave. Our one bed villa was amazing. Bed so comfy, outdoor shower luxurious, pool easy to get in and out. Breakfast was delicious, staff were so friendly and location perfect, everything at the doorstep. The Vietnamese restaurant out the front was superb. We will definitely stay again. Thankyou for looking after us so well. Neil and Broni

The hotel is very good, but it should be noted that the additional bed is very uncomfortable. The facilities are very good and for the price you have a good room. Very happy, except for the extra bed.

I used to stay at this lovely boutique hotel pre covid in the suites. This year I returned with my husband to stay in one of their beautiful, refurbished, villas for the first time. The main pool is just perfect - great steps, great size, perfect temp. The bonus of a villa is you have your own pool too. Our stay was so relaxing - the generous bedroom had all you needed including a comfy bed, plus a big outdoor en-suite with bath and shower. The separate living area next to the pool was so peaceful - the garden boasted lush foliage and a couple of playful squirrels - we felt like we were miles from the road outside! The villas are usually booked well in advance and I was lucky to get a late booking here. I also had a divine massage with Sari who had looked after me in years gone by too. Other staff including Puspa (she manages Hanoi restaurant at the front of the hotel) and Sri (Sagara hospitality) are dear friends from prior visits and it was lovely to see their smiling faces. I recommend booking a villa for an awesome holiday experience in the south of Sanur.

This place was beautiful! Our only regret was only staying for one night. The room was massive, service and staff were excellent and the gardens were beautiful. Lots of shopping and places to eat close by. We would come back in a heartbeat!!
