This is a review for The Cliff House belonging to Balian Prana. If, like me, were looking for the place and reviews on Google Maps, they donโt exist. After being there, no surprise this is the case! The owner is unresponsive and will not address any concerns (in fact when weโve asked to speak on the phone we were told that they are only reachable by email, to which they never responded). The place is a scam, it is only advertised on Airbnb and clearly not properly checked (which is a different issue). If you donโt mind rough accommodation, holes in the roof, stained furnishings, bathroom (not just shower) with 3 walls only (as it is located in the bushes), shady wood railings, unkept greenery and burnt rice fields views (in August!) etc. then this review is not going to be helpful to you. We were lured by the good comments on Airbnb and came there for a family holiday, hoping to experience a traditional Balinese villa, in an authentic setting but it ended up being a disaster and we left the same day we arrived. The surroundings are far from idilic, there are hardly any places to eat and the main road is a busy one making it unsafe to scoot around. I do recognise that some might like to surf around but if this is you I would recommend the 3 stars hotel down by the Balian Beach as it is definitely a better place than the Cliff House.

Bali's best combining:-Superb View over the ocean and sunset.-Pristine black sand beach known only to few locals.-Gorgeous & long infinity pool.-Great location to explore Bali, especially its jungle.-Most accommodating staff.-Beautiful and spacious room equipped with thematic outside showers.-Calm environment paired with good accessibility.-healthy and good food. Special mention to banana pancakes and fresh fruits at breakfast.-High level of service matching what you can expect from a boutique hotel. They will give you the much sought after "local tips" and arrange your vehicle rentals at best conditions.

We spent two dream weeks in this charming place! The setting is idyllic, the rooms are very comfortable and the staff are extremely helpful and charming.The best part: the breathtaking view from our room of the ocean and the sound of the waves lulling us while we sleep and when we wake up, what more could you ask for!We highly recommend this place if you are looking for a quiet, relaxing and rejuvenating place.

This place is absolutely wonderful! The view, the rooms, the food, everything was so so perfect! Thank you to the lovely hosts and the fabulous staff!
