I'll leave an honest review. The first week was very content and joyful. Because it is not noisy Canggu, but 15-20 minutes away by bike.Pros: very clean, comfortable rooms, large size, lots of shelves for storage, beautiful interior, cleaning 3 times a week, very clean kitchen (there are few places like this), there is a swimming pool, well-groomed area. The owner shared the bike, although I only rode a couple of times in the area. Lots of greenery around, rice fields with a little less traffic. When I first moved in, there was a small renovation in the room, which means that the apartment is generally well taken care of.About myself: pedestrian, no bike, not surfing. Therefore, there are no advantages for me as a pedestrianI don’t surf, and the beach wasn’t suitable for swimming. All I had to do was get my feet wet and watch the sunset (which gets boring after the fourth time), and even then the waves were strong. In general, Bali only has swimming beaches in the south, so if swimming is more important to you than surfing, this area is not for you.Now to my experience, which I will tell you about, for some it may be significant.unfortunately, they moved me to another room, where there was a weak air conditioner, the window was half open, this was a big minus, I suffered from the heat. The connection between the owner and the staff is weak, information takes a long time to be transmitted. Also a minus, you need to clarify and ask again.walking to the supermarket is dangerous, there are no sidewalks, and there are a lot of dogs on the small streets. then they moved me to another room and it turned out to be not very good (weak air conditioning).minuses:When guests from the second floor go upstairs to their rooms, you can hear them coming up too loudly. You can hear the staff because their room is also under the stairs.Washing takes 2 days, be prepared for this. After Vietnam, where I was washed, dried and ironed for the same price in 3 hours, 2 days is a very long time. The pool is small, in the last week I saw how dirty it can be, unfortunately, I caught an infection there, apparently they didn’t sterilize it right then, because I don’t remember the smell of bleach after swimming.Well, how lucky are you with other guests, in the last two weeks noisy groups have moved in and it was unpleasant that at night they talk a lot and walk back and forth. Either because of my broken window or such sound insulation, I heard everything and woke up, it was uncomfortable.I didn’t need cleaning so often, I don’t like being disturbed, I even asked the staff to come on Sunday, but they still knocked every day to clean the room (they don’t know English well).I lived there for a month and had such an experience. See for yourself what is important to you. I hope my review helped you.I think the cost justifies the condition of the rooms in general, but the location is not the most popular and there are not many establishments or supermarkets nearby. Who's on the bike I think ok.The staff is excellent, the owners are hospitable, polite and kind.
